Absolutely horrible customer service and I can't help but to think the two workers I encountered are prejudice or something. I walked in smiling and said hi. They were just sitting in chairs chatting and looked at me and literally walked away. Wouldn't even say hi back as employees of this company. I did a quick lap around the store hoping someone would approach me to help me find what I needed but that didn't happen. I walked right past these two heavier gentlemen when walking out after being in the store a few minutes and they simply didn't even acknowledge what could have been a paying customer. I saw something I liked and that was very rude and disappointing for them to not even acknowledge the fact that I walked in. I would shop here as a POC. read more

On 5 Aug 2021 I purchased a recliner. This is a gift for my wife. It was a good price and I paid with my credit card. I was told it would be here in 4 weeks. I stopped in on 1 Sep and asked about it. I was told it will not be in until 30 Sep, another 4 weeks. I was not told at the time I purchased it that it might be delayed. In the meantime, they are able to use my money while I am paying interest on the purchase. I should've been told of possible delays. Had I known, I would've gone next door to another furniture company. I won't be making any more purchases there. read more

Two stars for the salesperson that helped me originally with the purchase of my couches. Otherwise we've been completely underwhelmed with the quality. Pretty much immediately the threading on the couch started coming up on the arm pieces. Due to life we didn't reach out for several months to almost a year. Was told there was nothing they will do by the person that answered the phone, and given the number to their warranty person who must hate their job only to be told again there was nothing they would do. She gave me the number to a company I could call, but after looking up the company they recommended I decided to pass because the reviews were less than ideal. Wouldn't recommend buying couches or anything else from here if I'm being honest. read more

***ZERO STARS IF I COULD - SHADY EMPLOYEES*** My husband and I visited Complete Suites to shop for living room and bedroom furniture. Salesman Rick attached himself to us early. Rick was very condescending and directed most of his conversation to my husband. Rick came off like a snake oil salesman: When we asked about a bedroom set, he declared that he has sold "thousands" of them in his "three years with the company *" and everyone has been happy with them. (*Another employee told us that he had been there for "about a year"). The dressers were very cheaply made, no visible dovetailing or any other signs of craftsmanship, but we were interested in the bed frame. We were so pressured with the declarations of quality and craftsmanship that obviously weren't there that we walked from buying the bed. Rick told us that he had sold "thousands of these bedroom sets" and that "everyone was very happy with them". (If this were true, giving Rick the benefit of the doubt, then at only two thousand sets sold over three years, he would have to have sold over 55 sets each month.) We did, however, decide to spend a couple of grand on a sofa/love seat combination. We told Rick we would come back the next day. He immediately said that we had to order the furniture that night or there would be a delay in shipping. When I said that I wasn't going to be rushed into it, he said he would check the computer and see if we could order it the following day (Sunday). I'm sure glad that a "lightbulb came on in his brain" because, after checking the computer, he said we could order anytime up to Monday closing and we would still get the furniture on the next truck. We came back on Monday and ordered the furniture. Rick told us that the furniture was being shipped from their Kennewick / Tri-Cities distribution center. The furniture was delivered on schedule. However, after it was set up in our living room, we noticed that the couch was wonky - the top of the couch over the recliner sat higher than the rest of the couch and it had a strange angle to it. The delivery person tried to adjust it, but he said that sometimes floor models are a little off. We told him that our furniture was supposed to come up from the Kennewick DC, but he advised that his paperwork said it was a floor sample. I immediately called Complete Suites and spoke with Rachel. She denied that we had a floor sample and stated that they do not sell furniture from the floor - end of story. She then put me on with Charlie, one of the managers. I guess he didn't know that talking points because he started to explain that floor samples may contain some damage or defects but that's why they sell at a discounted price. I explained to him that we DID NOT purchase the floor sample, but a new set that was supposed to have been shipped from a local DC. He tried to talk me in circles (good luck!) and I finally just said that I would refuse the furniture. My husband and I decided to go to the store and speak to the manager in person. When we got to Complete Suites, the delivery guys were speaking to a woman about the refused furniture and she pointed to an area and said they could put it "there". She stated that that was "the area that they pulled the furniture from that morning". I spoke to her a few minutes later and asked her for her name - she said it was Rachel - the very person with whom I had spoke to earlier and told me that our furniture was NOT FLOOR SAMPLES and that they NEVER SOLD FURNITURE FROM THE FLOOR. Obviously, I cannot come to any other opinion than this woman is an absolute liar. Unless there are two Rachels at Complete Suites and they were both present in the store at the time, she told me one thing over the phone while she KNEW that the furniture had been pulled off the floor that morning. Rick seemed very shady to me - like a snake oil salesman. He said he had been there for three years and bragged about all the furniture he sold. One of the managers later told us that he had only been with them for about a year. He's high pressure and it appears that he will tell you anything to sell furniture, but that's just my opinion. I would highly recommend that you avoid this store at all costs. There are other alternatives that will serve you so much better. read more

To preface, this 1-star review is not in regards to customer service, it is 100% due to quality, or should I say lack thereof. In September, 2017, my wife purchased the Sawyer dining table and 4 chairs, totaling a cost of around $700. It was a beautiful table and we were initially happy with the purchase. We decided to buy the 1-year warranty just in case anything were to happen to the set. At some point, a cup of water had been set on the table and, unknown to us, the cup had a slight crack in the bottom. A medium sized pool of water had leaked out on to the table and when we discovered this, approximately 30 minutes later, we immediately wiped up the water and dried the table, thinking nothing of it. The next day, we woke to find the table bubbling, warped, and cracking over about half of the table. The water had apparently soaked through the seams in the table and had destroyed a large portion of the surface. We reached out to the maintenance service for Complete Suites products and have been informed that since it has been over a year (about 16 months) and water damage can't be fixed, we are stuck with a cheap, destroyed $700 piece of junk. We were also informed that we could have the same table ordered again for an out of pocket price of $260.00, which is still more than the quality is worth. To sum this up, save your money and avoid this product like the plague. read more

Condensed version-I bought a couch, it broke after less than a year, I had to pay $45 for someone to come out and confirm that it's broken and it's been 3 1/2 months and I still have a broken couch. Details to follow~ Maybe a one star isn't completely fair but even though I have no complaints about any of the staff in the store I do have a big issue with what happened after my furniture was home. I bought a reclining couch and two recliners for our living room, the chairs are perfectly fine BUT the reclining mechanism on one side of the couch broke after less than a year. Personally I think furniture shouldn't break after less than a year, I called the store and asked if there was any kind of warranty and the person that answered the phone said it had a one year warranty and told me who to contact. I emailed the service dept the beginning of July and heard nothing. I emailed again after a couple weeks, still no response. I then, about a month after the first email called and left a voicemail...I tried to be nice but I have no doubt that my frustration was evident in my tone. I finally got a call back either the next business day or the one after that. The woman I spoke to told me that she didn't receive either email, I found that unlikely but I didn't want to argue, I just wanted my couch repaired. She requested pictures of the damage which I sent a few days later due to dealing with a sick child. After seeing the pictures she confirmed that my couch was indeed broken and she would order a new mechanism to replace the broken part. I responded with my concern that the entire frame had a large bend in it that didn't appear to belong there, if that was the cause of the damage in the first place replacing the broken part would only be a temporary fix. She said she'd have a send someone out to take a look to see if more needed to be done. We then emailed back and forth to coordinate a time for a service man to come to my house and take a look, since he works while I work I took a day off to be there so he could come take a look. I was then informed that there would be a $45 dollar charge for him to come out to take a look which I don't think is right, why should I pay the company that sold me a defective couch to come confirm that is is in fact defective? I agreed to do it though since paying $45 was better than buying an entire couch again. After the man came out a new part was ordered to replace the broken/defective one, I was told it would take about two weeks for the part to arrive. After not hearing anything for a little over three weeks I contacted her AGAIN and pointed out how long it had been and I hadn't heard anything. She then informed me that it wasn't scheduled to arrive until OCTOBER and that nobody should sit on that side in the meantime!!! Today is 10/12/2019 and I still have a broken couch that I initially contacted Complete Suite staff about the first week of July. Completely unacceptable and I will never buy from them again and will discourage anyone I know to do the same. I worked in retail for years and production many years before that so I know things happen and I've tried to be patient but this is ridiculous. read more

I bought a Stanton sectional couch from Complete Suite in July of 2018 and after a year and a half I have had to have them replace pieces every few months. The quality of this couch is ridiculous. It literally comes apart at the seams. If that isn't bad enough the customer service is even worse. Every time I have to call to get another piece replaced I have nothing but rude, unprofessional people to deal with. Makes the whole problem even more frustrating. These people don't seem to care about the product they sell or the people they sell to. Looks like the majority of the other comments about this store say the same thing. Too bad I didn't do my homework before I gave my business to these people. read more

Went in there looking for an entertainment center. on 3 occasions. The sales people were not knowlegable about the products, not very friendly and absolutely not accommodating. I got different answers to the same questions every time I asked one of them about the product. If you pay by check, you have to wait 2 wks for the check to clear before they will deliver. Sales person was great but after purchase when I had an issue working to resolve was horrible.

My wife and I went into their store just before Christmas, December 2014 to look at a chair for each of us. The salesman met us and was very helpful. I ordered a craftsman chair which had to be brought in from their Richland, WA store. It arrived about a week later. My wife found a small recliner she loved and it also needed to be ordered. That chair arrived in February, but it was not the store's fault. The west coast dock workers were on strike and it took that long to get the covering fabric for the chairs which are American made. The chair arrived yesterday and she sat in it quilting and using her Ipad over the period of two or three hours. At the end of the evening her back was in pain. We took a closer look at the chair this morning and found it to be put together crooked. The left side of the chair sat higher off the floor than the right side. We went back to the store to make sure the floor model really did feel comfortable. As soon as she sat down in it she exclaimed, "Yes." The floor model was not made the same - it was square with the floor. After explaining the problem to the folks at Complete Suite they agreed to take back the crooked chair and allowed us to take home the floor model. There was no argument. Everyone was extremely friendly and I can highly recommend doing business with them. If I had a complaint it would be that they don't seem to have any of the furniture in a local warehouse. But that is a small matter. read more

I can't do business with a store who charges $100 restocking fee if the color won't work ( can't tell under their harsh florescent lights) . I told them we would be able to immediately have the delivery people take it right back to the truck, but no.... Still a restocking fee! Oh, and no refunds -only store credit. That's not good business at all. Love the item but I'll just have to keep looking.... read more

This was our first time dealing with this furniture store. We came in on Feb 3rd to get a dresser. We found out but it was out of stock. The sales woman said they would be getting more on the 15th. The 15th rolled around and I hadn't received a call letting me know the dresser was in, so I called them. The man on the phone told me the dresser would be in MARCH 15th. When the sales woman told us the 15th, we assumed of the same month. If she was an honest sales woman she would have told us it would be OVER A MONTH before it came in. So the 15th of March I called the store and the man told me it had been delayed another week. I expressed how upset I was with our experience and he said they would deliver, free of charge. Okay, at least I get something out of this mess. But the warehouse just called my husband and said they only deliver certain days of the week and they wouldn't be able to deliver until Thursday, which is March 29th. So we bought a dress on the 3rd of Feb and once we receive the dresser will be almost TWO MONTHS!!! If we had known our clothes would be sitting on the floor of our bedroom for TWO MONTHS we would have gone somewhere else. From my experience, this company does not include ALL information because it might keep them from a sale. I don't like dealing with dishonest companies. We will not be using this business again. read more

They delivered a couch and because they couldn't fit it in the door they left it on someone's lawn and went to eat dinner and then took the couch back from the people they delivered it to saying it was to late at night to finish the job. read more

Very very horrible service! I purchased a $3,000 bedroom set from the valley location. I was moving into a new house and we had the delivery date set. They called me twice before delivering to confirm that they were bringing my bed, two night stands, my dresser with the mirror, and the mattress. The day of delivery they brought everything but the mattress!! When I asked why the mattress was forgotten when I was told twice that it was coming with the rest of the stuff, they said it wasn't in stock and had to order it! Told me it would be less than a week. Meanwhile, my husband and I are sleeping on the floor and couch because we have no room for another bed after they deliver a whole bed set without mattress. They call us back 5 days later saying it would now take a couple more weeks after saying it would be less than a week. I called 6 times asking for the manager STEVE to call me back and he refused! When my bed was delivered it was scratched and chipped in one spot. Paid for a 5 year warranty that includes any scratches and chips and they wouldn't fix it at all! Terrible customer service, terrible communication skills. I have told all my friends and family not to take their business here and posting a review to prevent it from happening to anyone else. They care about money and that's it. I'm still waiting for my call back STEVE! Feel free anytime 509-216-5920.
