The salesman was knowledgeable about the different brands and products and showed us various products in all price range. We found a 10 inch memory foam bamboo mattress by Tulo which happens to be a Mattress Firm product for 50% off retail price. The mattress was $359.99 and they offered free delivery to my home that was over 15 miles away. Delivery was fast!!! It was delivered the next day. It came in a box and was delivered on time as expected. The delivery man instructed us to open the box and the mattress will inflate within 3-4 hours. Once you open the box, there is a pretty simple instruction card as well. Overall, we are happy with price, service and product!

We bought a matress at the Alamo Quarry location, and the sales guy assured us that if we weren't completely satisfied, that we could return it, but he never mention anything about a restocking fee or delivery fee. We paid $1,136.00 cash and when we received the matress, it was very lumpy and so so uncomfortable, It felt and looked like it was a used matress. We only slept on it one night and it was the most uncomfortable sleepless night ever. So my husband called the store to see if we could return it and get our money back so we could further look into other mattresses. And he said we absolutely have to wait 30 days, however when we were making the cash purchase, he did not once mention we had to wait 30 days, so we kept it for 30 days but did not sleep on it, luckily we still our old matress and used that one. Also he never once mention that if we weren't completely satisfied to return it , that there would be a restocking and pick up fee of $300.00, so they did put the remaining $800.00 in our bank account , but still $300.00 short. So we will never ever make another purchase there.
