It served us well, but it was time for a new one and my wife really wanted a "hotel bed" experience. We shopped around at a couple of places to figure out what we liked, but neither of them really provided much in the way of customer service or worked very hard to earn our business. The last place we visited was Bedding Barn (North Haven), and although Richard was a initially a little gruff with the sales pitch (that was fine with us, we're fine with getting to the point), his attention to us and customer service were top notch. He faithfully did a price match, saving us a couple hundred on the mattress we selected, and provided us with great information about what we asked for, without trying to "oversell" every sheet, comforter and pillowcase. He was so confident about our selection and experience in the store, he had all the paperwork ready for us when we returned later in the afternoon. Even the delivery service was flawless. Our mattress was delivered within 2 days, they called when they said they would call, and showed up when they said they would. One last kudo - the delivery guys helped us to figured out that we had been charged for a mattress set when we only needed the mattress (misunderstanding with the price match). Bedding Barn took care of refunding the difference with no hassle at all. I still recommend shopping around to find the best mattress for your needs, but do yourself a favor and check out Bedding Barn before you purchase!

After lying down on 5 mattresses, I picked my first choice hybrids: Tempur-Pedic Adapt-memory foam and Prana Karma with talalay latex. I spent the night doing research on both memory foam and latex and decided latex was better for me. Went back the next day, purchased my hybrid mattress and saved $$ because of Memorial weekend sales. Also got a bamboo pillow because you can never have too many pillows. Lol. New mattress gets delivered next week. My aching back is very excited.

I called the store immediately and was told to send pics to a text account and that hopefully someone would get back to us in 72 hours as they are short staffed. So we have a brand new living room set sitting in our house that is broken. It has been 5 days as of today with zero contact. There is no way the delivery guys couldn't have known the set was clearly faulty when setting it up. They lost a customer.
