We had been to several other mattress stores looking to upgrade/upsize our Tempur-Pedic. They have so many models that it can be confusing after a while and we were getting conflicting advice depending on where we went (all I can say is i definitely do not recommend buying directly from the Tempur pedic store- those salesmen are clueless). My wife had been complaining about her back for the longest time, and now I'm glad to say we're finally getting a Tempur-Pedic! When trying mattresses, Winston would lay some disposeable sheets on the bed, so the beds stay nice and clean for the next customer to try. Worst delivery service I've experienced in a long time. My order was originally scheduled for delivery between 2:45 and 4:45 pm, so I took off time from work to be at home when they arrived. Then they pushed the delivery time to 6:00-7:00 pm. After they missed that window, the time was pushed to 7:00-7:45 pm. Around 8:30 pm, I got a call asking if I still wanted them to "try" to make it to my home that day, but since I had to get up early for work, I said to just reschedule it for tomorrow. Tomorrow came, and nobody contacted me to provide an update on my delivery. I am still waiting for some sort of notification. read more

Our experience with this store has been nothing but wonderful from the beginning to end! I wanted to wait until all of the delivery and set up was complete to write a comprehensive review. We came here after visiting several other mattress stores nearby in Pasadena. We had great experiences at the other stores, but this store stood apart in that they only carry mattresses they believe in and have had success with. It isn't all the glitz and glamor as some other stores, but it is an honest small business that cares about their customers. Daniel helped us pick out the perfect mattress and was very honest about what he felt would be best for us based on his background and experience. We were not ready to buy a mattress that day, but his honesty and knowledge about mattresses is what sold us. It's true, we could have gotten the same mattress online for a bit less or with online discounts, but this is small business has excellent customer service and really makes the experience more personal. Our experience didn't end there. The guys (Winston and another person who I unfortunately forgot the name of) who came to deliver the mattress and box spring were incredibly patient and professional. They even helped us take apart our current bed frame and assemble our new head board. We even ended up having to switch out our box spring and Daniel was very courteous about facilitating the exchange in a timely and professional manner.
