They made good, assuring that their work was of very high quality and replaced the board to match the custom staining. We cannot thank them enough for their efforts on our behalf. I was contacted to schedule a delivery and choose a date 11 days later. I took the day off work. That morning, I was contacted that the dining table mechanism did not work and they would not be able to deliver the table. I was also told that day that they put the wrong console on the desk and it needed to be replaced. Given these prices, I would expect that these things would be checked before delivery was schedule. Still waiting for everything to get sorted, but it's been incredibly frustrating.

The result is that the most interesting thing they had was dining room chairs, which were really nice to be able to see and sit in. The bookshelf/organization section (that we came in for) was small enough to not really be able to help even if the people there were energetic and helpful. Sadly, I think unless they happen to have what you want to see (and it's hard to know that before you), you're better served driving to the bigger store, which is what we'll do next time.

He has worked for Hamiltons for over 20 years and it shows. Alex is knowledgeable, helpful and provides just the right amount of attention. He was there when we had questions and not there when we were testing out the furniture for comfort and deciding which style we liked best. He kept checking in every so often. Alex's personality is pleasant and he is not pushy at all. In short, he was great. Hamiltons should be very proud of him. The other sales associate was also very friendly and smart too. However, we did not work with her very much. She did bring us water when we looked like we were ready to fall asleep. Like Alex, she was right there when we needed her.
