We were initially told that the delivery time would be 12 weeks. Now, after 14 weeks, I'm learning that it will likely be at least another 12 weeks before our furniture is delivered (6 months instead of 3 months!). Communication and follow-up about delivery have been TERRIBLE. I cannot recommend ordering from BoConcept. Go with Crate & Barrel instead!!

I literally watched them offer assistance to a woman in front of me 30 seconds prior, to which they declined. Not sure what that was about but, it was certainly rude. For a "high end furniture store" they really don't know how to treat their customers. Also when they were loading the furniture in the car, they damaged it and didn't do anything about it. I should have returned it on the spot had I known it was damaged. Take your business to Crate and Barrel at Galleria instead, they are much nicer to their customers.

He showed us different layouts and let us sit on the model couch in the store. I had many questions. I asked one question and he bluntly responded with "what don't you understand?" Then, I wasn't understanding what a deep seat was. I interpreted it as a vertical vs horizontal seat. I asked him about the horizontal seat and he swore that was the one I had sat in. It wasn't until that I had made the sale, that he finally started to calm down and lose the smart ness. I also was trying to find a referral code and he was adamant that it had to be added prior to purchase. I was unable to get it then so I figured I will just call the store and get the $100 applied to my credit. We asked him a few times about the delivery. he told us to download the fedex app and when we did, the address would be linked to the tracking number. That's how we get it. I haven't seen anything yet. I certainly hope that he was right and he wasn't just telling us thing to get us out of the store.

The company said it was outside the warranty period which was completely insane for a piece of expensive furniture to not last at least a year. The local store did exchange it but they didn't have the same color and wouldn't provide a refund so I now have a dining set I didn't want. Terrible experience and I'd avoid this place - they don't stand but their expensive products
