He did however find us the best deal. Which was a previous shop floor model. Unlike the other reviewer I could not tell that it was a shop model once it had been delivered and installed. It actually had a new smell to it. Yes I'm a guy who smells mattresses and such like:) 50% savings on something that I knew I wanted. Deal! Looking online at other places, the whole deal saved me 50% even after the new sheets, protector and base. With free delivery and installation included. More than happy to have shopped here. I was impressed with his calm friendly manner, he explained the differences in sleep positions and bed types. I wanted to comparison shop so I went to two other mattress stores. The salesmen at both stores were obnoxious with the high sales pressure and when they discovered my budget meant I wouldn't t be purchasing a high end bed, they tried to sell me a cheap overstock bed that didn't even meet my needs. And they spent more time bashing their competitors than explaining the bed types. I went right back to Mattress Firm and bought my bed from Jimmy. Plus Mattress Firm has a 120 day trial period and if I return it and replace it with the same cost or higher bed then the return is free. What a great experience there and I highly recommend the Mattress Firm in Buckeystown Pike and Ask for Jimmy!

It was said that in order…read morefor be eligible for Comfort Guarantee I HAD to purchase the mattress protectors from the warehouse too. $162 for two mattress protectors.  The protectors they provide are slippery, scratchy, itchy, loud even with a sheet put over top of the protector. The sheet protectors do not stay in place. I removed the protector without ever using and put back in its original bag. I chatted with Rebecca to inquire about returning the mattress protectors. I was informed that the item was not returnable even though they forced me to purchase it or I could not be eligible for the Comfort Guarantee. I explained that these protectors are not usable, they are extremely uncomfortable to the touch and do not stay on. Rebecca B was extremely rude, refused to allow me to speak to a manager after numerous requests and also hung up on me by ending the chat without warning. As a customer, I found this interaction both shocking and unprofessional. I would appreciate a review of this matter and a response from management. Thank you for your time and attention. Please contact me to work something out. I spent over $4000 with Mattress Warehouse and would expect to be compensated for the $162 I am out for the terrible protectors.

When we got to the back end of the store she asked "what's your phone number so I can look up your mattress", so I told her I didn't purchase the mattress from here, I'm just inquiring about a recommendation, but the size of the mattress is a California King. Then she stated "well, I don't know what to tell you". So I said okay, no worries and left out with my family. I called later to the store to see how I could get in touch with the district manager and I was told that if I left my name and number the district manager would contact me... It's been 5 days now, with no contact yet. Which is terrible because I was honestly really looking into purchasing a few mattresses from them that day if I felt like a mattress topper or pad wouldn't solve the issue. So because of her arrogant demeanor, terrible customer service skills, and lack of product knowledge... They lost out on thousands of dollars from me that day. There were 2 other couples in the store. Both associates were working with one couple at the desk. I walked up to the desk and waited when the female associate said she'd be right with me... I told her I wanted to purchase the same pillow I had last purchased if she could look it up in the computer. She then went to the second couple and proceeded to put the sell on the man while the woman went to the front of the store and sat on the end of a bed playing on her phone. If they intended to purchase a bed, wouldn't they both be looking at beds and not playing on their phone!? After 15 minutes of waiting to buy a $200 pillow I decided since they did not want my business, I will go elsewhere. New pillow saved me $150!!! Thanks for not serving me today!
