The salesmen at both stores were obnoxious with the high sales pressure and when they discovered my budget meant I wouldn't t be purchasing a high end bed, they tried to sell me a cheap overstock bed that didn't even meet my needs. And they spent more time bashing their competitors than explaining the bed types. I went right back to Mattress Firm and bought my bed from Jimmy. Plus Mattress Firm has a 120 day trial period and if I return it and replace it with the same cost or higher bed then the return is free. What a great experience there and I highly recommend the Mattress Firm in Buckeystown Pike and Ask for Jimmy!

The sheet protectors do not stay in place. I removed the protector without ever using and put back in its original bag. I chatted with Rebecca to inquire about returning the mattress protectors. I was informed that the item was not returnable even though they forced me to purchase it or I could not be eligible for the Comfort Guarantee. I explained that these protectors are not usable, they are extremely uncomfortable to the touch and do not stay on. Rebecca B was extremely rude, refused to allow me to speak to a manager after numerous requests and also hung up on me by ending the chat without warning. As a customer, I found this interaction both shocking and unprofessional. I would appreciate a review of this matter and a response from management. Thank you for your time and attention. Please contact me to work something out. I spent over $4000 with Mattress Warehouse and would expect to be compensated for the $162 I am out for the terrible protectors.
