The prices are great and their customer service is incredible. We purchased a queen mattress and box springs and a low-profile box spring for a twin bed. After delivery (which was fast and easy with great delivery guys), I realized the twin box was too small for my antique bed. Not only was I able to return it with no hassle, but Vince went the extra mile and tried to source a shorter box that would fit my bed (without me asking), even going so far as to look into custom-made options. I would never have gotten that kind of experience at a chain store. Robin and Vince are wonderful.

Both of those companies failed us horribly so I turned to Sleep Pittsburgh after seeing a commercial on tv while I watched the news. While they didn't have the exact bed my daughter wanted, they had a few good options. Shopping was quick, easy, and productive!! My daughter received her new bed in less than a week and it was assembled professionally the first time. She was so happy and we were both so relieved. They truly saved the day! I had no problem walking away without even an apology but then I discovered that I already had a new Levin credit card. I spoke with the lead sales person, whatever that is, because the manager wasn't available. She was just as rude. I sent an email to the company after they replied to my google review. No response. Sent another email, was told that they would have the store follow up. No response. I don't want to speak with the store any further. I wanted a resolution from Levin's corporation. They failed miserably and I will never use my new credit card that does nothing but infuriate me over the wasted credit.

So, me and my young child put together the bases and put them in the center of the platform bed frame as was where they were going... and did set up ourselves... as they refused to do it...as floor was not clear... white glove service is suppose to take old mattress and set up new ones... what a waste of money

Look at the BBB rating for this company on the website first before going any further…read more You came further so let me explain the footnotes of my issue and how this company rips off customers. They will sell you a mattress, frame, etc. The product they sell (Sterns and Foster, etc.) will not back any warranty from that manufacturer. They will refer you back to Mattress Warehouse. Now even though you have a 10 year warranty on a mattress the most you will ever get is store credit even though the warranty approval form will say "replacement model or store credit". What they do is discontinue mattress models every few years so they can never give a "replacement model". They also don't know what "equivalent" means either. So the store credit gets you back in the store to spend more money. This cycle continues. Buy from anyone else except this company or Sterns and Foster.
