He was very knowledgeable as well as very personable, and guided us to the model that would work best for us. He answered all our questions and gave us very helpful information. The mattresses arrived and were very professionally and quickly added to our bedroom, and our old mattresses quickly taken away. The testing at the store, the sale and the delivery were all handled as best as we could have possibly asked for, and we love our new mattresses.

Or height originally was 30 inches, with the mattress we have, a standard bed is about 27 inches height. Where we are now for what she recommended we are now at 25.5 inches. Ugh. Hard to change sheets and make bed being 5 inches lower, our comforter hangs to the floor etc. talked with her today and she doesn't even remember the conversation, she is not working with us at all to give us any options, and of course we can't return it even though we've had it less than 24 hours, of course I don't know where our original box is, as they took it away.

Unfortunately, our experience with the payment plan was very confusing and disappointing. We were told our total was about $2,000 and that the payment plan would be 3 months. The worker explained there was a 12-month option but stated clearly that we were not signing up for that. My boyfriend signed a handwritten contract that I read carefully, and it matched what we were told. The following day, when we created an account with the financing company, we discovered the plan was actually 12 months, with a total cost of almost $5,000. The agreement on file was different from what was signed in-store and was electronically signed without us being shown or given the opportunity to review it. To avoid paying excessive interest, we paid the balance off immediately. The furniture itself is great, but I strongly recommend that future customers triple-check all financing paperwork and verify terms directly with the financing company before leaving the store.

I decided to get the Tulo it was comfortable & soft but it kept sliding off the adjustable frame. I got the bundle deal with two pillows & sheets and mattress protector $399 I was very disappointed on how long it took to get my bundle deal, I was told it would take a few days Two weeks later I open the box the two pillows smelled horrible I've been airing them outside on my patio for three weeks and they still smell! It's a chemical smell that will not go away. I called mattress firm in La Quinta which is closer to where I live and spoke with Larry He was very nice and explained to me to go back to the store in Palm Desert where I bought both mattresses which The returning fees are now up to $200 I really couldn't get much done, Ron was busy and David was very sweet and wanted to help me He took down my information to give to Ron He never called me back, I went to Mattress Firm in La Quinta and spoke with Area manger Christian H. He was so nice and really cared about my issues with the mattress and the pillows. It wasn't the message, it was her lack of support and trying to help a customer. Zero customer service skill. My new adjustable bed frame was stuck in a high position. We had to disassemble the bed in order to sleep flat, now we're left with an expensive bed frame that doesn't work as it should. I am now looking at other stores for a new adjustable frame- will never return to this location.
