I never realized how crucial and special it is to have a wedding coordinator. Yoly was recommended to me by my wedding venue, which is also a venue that Yoly has helped to coordinate events there as well. Yoly was very understanding, patient, and willing to meet with us whenever we needed it. She would answer my texts and calls, maybe not right away because she is coordinating other events as well, but would try her best to answer as swiftly as she could. I appreciated how transparent and flexible she was! She also is bilingual, which definitely helped me for my wedding, and was very friendly with not only myself and fiancé but my guests and family as well! She went to retrieve my centerpieces, guest book/gift card box, Photo Booth materials, etc. the day before so we wouldn't have to stress about it the day of. As well as set up the ENTIRE venue while we were at a nearby church for our ceremony. We came in and it looked PHENOMENAL! I could not have been happier with Yolanda and the services she provided. The bride and groom booked the venue at the Secret House of Ivy. The venue recommended Yolanda as their preferred coordinator. Being a bridesmaid, I am not aware of the event planning process, so I can only speak for Yolanda being the day-of coordinator. Yolanda was supposed to be the reception coordinator, but she went above and beyond her call-of-duty. Since she live fairly close by to the location of the ceremony, she offered to come to the ceremony to help the bridal party to set up. She came early and promptly introduced herself with her business card. She asked how she can help and whatever task was asked of her, she carried it out to a T. She communicated where she will be at so that we find her at any time. After the ceremony ended, the bridal party arrived at the venue. I called her and she picked up right away. She communicated where she was at and came to our aide in regards to where we can set up the food and decorations. She was attentive to the needs of the bride and made sure flow went smoothly. She was prepared as well in that when the groom had a cut, she went to grab the first-aid kit and had someone attend to the the wound. As she is running around to communicate with the staffs, she made sure to always check with the bridal party to make sure that everyone was doing well. We booked this venue for our gender reveal and we were not disappointed. Yolanda was amazing! She was so accommodating and let us take a tour of the venue and decorate the day of the event as early as we wanted.
