    CONSUMER WARNING If…read moreyou purchased an in-house warranty from Snow's during the last few months, you should review your paperwork immediately. Information indicates that the company knew for months that it would be closing its doors. Despite this, in-house warranties continued to be sold to customers up until the end without telling them they would be void upon closing. The Washington State Attorney General's Office (AGO) aggressively prosecutes businesses that knowingly sell worthless service contracts or hide imminent closures. There are also allegations that some customers were told the store was "moving" or was just not told Intentionally that the company was permanently closing. This was all told for staff to do so by owner Cary Snow, to defraud customers to fund his new businesses before shutting the doors and walking away from the community that have spent their hard earned money supporting a business that doesnt care about them. If you purchased a warranty based on the understanding that the business would continue operating, you may want to carefully review the circumstances surrounding your purchase. Many customers paid extra money (or was included in their purchase) for warranty protection expecting there would be a business available to honor those agreements. With only one week remaining before the store closes permanently, customers who have questions about their warranties should seek answers as soon as possible. Customers deserve clear information about what happens to the warranties they purchased. If you purchased an in-house warranty recently: * Locate and save all receipts and warranty paperwork. * Write down everything you were told at the time of purchase. * Contact consumer protection agencies if you believe you were misled. * Consider speaking with a consumer protection attorney to understand your rights. *contact the better business bureau immediately and make a report. The more people that report the more likely they will move faster. Please share this post to any and all social media you can, so anyone who purchased an in-house warranty from Snow's in recent months has the opportunity to review their situation and make informed decisions.     This store only sells duds radios apparently. I bought a CD player here and had issues right out…read morethe gate. Luckily at that time it was still under warranty. But the replacement also stopped working. I live about an hour away so it's not easy to stop in and have it looked at. When I got around to it, they WOULD NOT REPLACE the 3rd bad CD player, because by that time it was out of warranty. In the end I ended up wasting 6 hours of drive time and no working CD player. They were happy to take my money, if I wanted to pay for another installation and CD player however. I just wanted the product I paid for to work the first or second or third time. Horrible experience. They'll take your money easily, just don't expect the products to last. Lastly, they don't have chairs for you to sit in while you wait. So, my daughter and I sat on the floor for 40 mins. The owner doesn't live in washington, so I don't think he actually cares. Money and a lot of time down the drain.

I wanted to pay for my install up front, even though it is legal - a company should not make a customer eat the companies CC fee (which mine was $16), especially when you are paying hundreds of dollars for a services. BRING CASH TO HONOR PRICES. Also, they should disclose when scheduling over the phone. When you ask about it, the attitude of the front desk people flips (Cory), so I took my car elsewhere (Sounds on Wheels), Saved 20% total (they don't charge CC fees)
