I called to schedule same day appointment for my birthday this evening. Amazing service from start to finish. I found a coupon on Groupon and showed up after work. I was nervous to take my clothes off but I had a sheet on and the lady was very respectful. I don't even know where to start about my massage. I originally thought I was just getting a back and foot massage. I ended up getting a full body massage, from head to toe. This ladies hands were so strong and she got just the right spots that really needed to be massaged. The hot stones were absolutely amazing as well. Pros: - Good price - Hot stones are included at no additional cost - They offer a rewards system. After 10 massages, you get $30 off the next one Cons: - Lack of consistency. Every single massage we have had here has been different. I have had the best massage of my life here by Tony. I have also had the worst and most painful massage of my life here. - If you use a card to pay, there is a $2 service fee, which seems pretty steep. - When you claim the $30 off reward, they don't give you another stamp on your card because it is a "discounted massage." NEVER AGAIN! Massage #1 - I told the receptionist and my masseuse that I had a pinched nerve, and that they should be very gentle with both arms. Instead, the masseuse pulled on both arms which is not a therapeutic massage technique. Disappointed I only kept 10% and they complained and asked for more money point blank. Massage #2 I decided to give them a second chance because they had a Groupon for $45 for an hour massage markdown from like $150. When I get there I find out that their normal pricing is $50 so they're liars. I go back and lay down and the masseuse asked me to put my feet in a bucket of water. I am mediately pulled my feet out because it was scolding hot. She proceeds to go into the back room and comes back with a small cup of cold water and asked me to feel again when she should be testing the water first. It's still scalding hot, so she goes into the back room again and comes back with another small cup of cold water and asked me to feel again. Still scolding hot. Then she rudely grabs the bucket and heads to the back frustrated. I decided to leave and walk to the lobby and ask for my money back in which they only offered me a gift certificate. read more

We constantly trying out new places at the area since we have not found the right masseuse for us. We made a reservation for 2 pm and they let us in around 15 mins later than the reservation. I didn't get the name of the lady but she is by far the best massage and her touch was so gentle and perfect. I've had a membership at Massage Envy for a very long time, finally extracted myself and have started to take my aches and pains to this place. I wish I had done that ten years earlier! First and foremost: I have had five massages here by now, always with different therapists, and they have all ben very good. These folks know what they are doing! And they can always fit me in. I have no idea how they are doing that, but it's heaven - because my schedule is crazy and often last minute, and I need that massage when I need it and happen to have a day off in between, not planned a month ahead. The massage therapists here do not speak much English, but that's ok - they pay close attention to your reactions and always check in with "Is okay?" In the end, I enjoy the silence and being able to relax and drift on my own thoughts, rather than having my ear talked off by some masseuse (not naming any names, but looking at you, Massage Envy San Marcos!) Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision. I was initially a bit worried about their tables not having a heating pad, because I tend to get very cold. The pressure was perfect, the gentleman that was massaging me always attentive. What I did not like while having my massage were the sounds of sex coming from the room next to mine. I found it very hard to concentrate on my own massage with the sounds of a female moaning and groaning in pleasure. At one point I almost yelled out to be quiet but I didn't want to ruin someone else's massage. My best friend had a reflexology massage along with a leg and foot massage. Here are a few things I like about this place, the ambiance is relaxing. They have complementary stone (you don't necessarily have to ask for a stone massage, to get them). Almost at the very end they wipe off the oil off with a hot towel, that actually feels really good. The lady at the counter is very polite. My masseuse took his time stretching my back out and a few times my back pop, which felt good. He also kept asking if I was doing ok, when he went a little deeper on the massage. The price is in my price range. For 2 60 minute massage I played $80.00, that's a great deal. A few things I think they can improve. The gentleman who did my massage, when he came in the room, didn't introduce himself or ask if I had a particular place I wanted him to work on more then another. While I enjoyed my massage greatly, I thought his hands could be a little more softer, I did feel a couple of rough skin on his hands during my massage. The massage promotion said 60 minutes of body massage and foot massage but unfortunately my feet were "massaged" for about 2 minutes, that was a bit disappointing. If you're like me and would like them to work on specific parts of your body you need to let the masseuse know before he/she starts. That's my only recommendation. The people were nice and professional, the setup was good (there are barriers between every set of two seats), it was dimly lit and quiet, and most importantly, my masseuse Amy, was great. Here's why: - my male masseuse REEKED of cigarettes and burped throughout my massage. - my husbands masseuse kept scratching him with her nails - we both left feeling assaulted even though we both asked them to be softer multiple times (and we've had massages before so we know they aren't supposed to be like this) - it was supposed to be a reflexology massage, so why did my masseuse spend so much time massaging my backside?
