Really amazing - these guys went above and beyond! I have moved 23 times so know about moves! So professional, punctual, respectful of your belongings. True aloha. Poor guys had to carry my oversized white couch up 6 flights of stairs because it wouldn't fit in the elevator!!!! They had it wrapped up and not a drop of dirt. It was so hard to round all the corners and the poor guys had to use all of their might!!! I felt awful - thank you Maui logistics!! Also it was professional from beginning to the end. Booking the move, signing the paperwork, they are legit insured company and prices are kept as low as possible - they are regulated so business don't have a lot of control but they keep it as low as they can so that is appreciated! He and his team arrived on-time and efficiently processed everything, including some dishes and pictures that needed careful packing. Jacob arranged shipping and delivery to storage in Honolulu; items arrived very securely and neatly packed. He also arranged shipment and delivery of the table to our house in WA. I called Lisa last week and they made room for me within 3 days (which I requested) and perhaps because I was moving things to/from our place in Lahaina, Lisa worked with me on pricing and getting the most bang for our buck. She actually came out and worked all day with Jacob and Jerry too! I am very particular about making sure the items moved aren't damaged in transit, so I wanted a company that would spend enough time wrapping and carefully prepping my furniture, glass, and walls to keep dings and nicks down. THEY WERE AWESOME! Everything was carefully taken apart as needed, labeled, wrapped with blankets, cardboard, and/or shrink wrap to assure a ding-free experience! The team was so nice and worked so hard. Truly a pleasure to have in my home. I'm sure you can find a cheaper mover, but doubt they would provide the detailed moving experience I got. They even wrapped the corners of my drywall in the home so they didn't damage anything on my walls! Their price was honestly so reasonable and worth every penny for all they did and the way they worked. I've moved a lot in many different states, and I have to say this was the best moving company I've ever used. Great experience and the only people I would hire again. Family owned...local Maui peeps. I can't recommend Maui Logistics more highly. From the first contact, through figuring out what services I needed, to actually picking up the container at the port and delivering it to Kihei, Lisa and her crew could not have been better. As luck would have it, I moved to Maui the day a hurricane warning was issued for the County, and the port closed early for safety. Maui Logistics picked up the contents of my container a day earlier than originally agreed (and while I was still in the air) to ensure I had access to it while the port was closed. Because of their flexibility and dedication, I got my stuff on time (actually a day early) and if it wasn't for them, I'd have to wait days until the port reopened sleeping on the bare floor in the meantime. The actual move was painless and they delivered my furniture and household goods quickly, safely, and with a smile. True aloha spirit! If I ever have to move again, I'll absolutely use Maui Logistics (although I hope to avoid the whole hurricane thing next time). read more

Efficient, conscientious, careful but quick. Just all around fabulous. What else can I say.

We contacted several moving companies on Maui to move our furniture from the old house to the new one. Jacob from Maui Logistics was the first to come out to do a site inspection to make sure they could get in & out of our little shared access lane. Jacob said its a little tight but he could do it. The second company came and said we would have to rent a truck because they didn't have a small enough truck and wasn't sure if he needed 2 or 3 guys. The third company came out and said no problem and he would send the quote and proposal the next following week. Jacob called back and said he could do the job, but just needed a date to make sure they didn't have any other reservations. The third company never sent the quote or the proposal, but called back 3 weeks later and said they had scheduled us anyway. We hired Maui Logistics and told the third company to cancel their reservation. Jacob, Jerry and Preston came on the day scheduled, on time, ready to go. Like clockwork, they carefully packed and loaded up everything. It took them 2 trips. All the furniture, large potted plants and even a batch of large concrete blocks had to go to the second level, so some went straight from the truck over the front lanai railing and some went up the side concrete stairs. No grumbling, moaning or struggling. Jacob & crew are experienced professionals. These guys are pleasant to work with, accommodating and very fairly priced. They will move your goods, crate and ship items by ocean or air, vehicles, locally and nationwide They can do jobs small or large. We definitely recommend using Maui Logistics! read more
