They take care of disassembly/reassembly of items as needed, and will make sure you're happy with where all your furniture is located before they leave. Rapport was established immediately with the owner, and credentials, reviews checked out...so made a deposit. Details down to exit/entry small move, room to room rental, box count/dimensions/ weights, loading parking out/in, drive time, directions including detour route, entire scope of job detailed in writing. The day before move I even got a reminder text for the next morning start time. So professional I thought. Then at 6:45pm the before our appointment I get another text from the owner. He wanted me to sign the estimate contract. Ok. Can do. I looked at that and the only thing correct was the 2 driver crew. The estimate was twice the price of our communications, the size of went from 1 bedroom to 2bd, 1 bath, etc., etc., After 2 hours of back and forths, and him addressing me as Ma'am instead of my name, 3 more "revised" contract estimates? No Can... had had enough. I asked if we could reschedule politely. "It's just an estimate Ma'am." The math didn't add up or the contract, or the owners behavior. I learned a good lesson. Get the estimate contract at the beginning of negotiations. Less surprises. Also, happy to report I have hired a new professional moving company. I am just waiting now to make sure my deposit is returned. What an unnecessary turn of events! read more

We met Ryan, the owner while purchasing a piece of furniture from him, which was very high quality and at a good price. Upon finding out he was a mover, we paid him to move this large piece to our home which he did quickly and at a fare price. We have subsequently used him two times, to help with other small moves and his communication is outstanding, always keeping you in the loop via text as to his location and eta. He ensures that your items are wrapped to protect them, is extremely careful with his staff to ensure no damage happens and he moves quickly. Ryan is very helpful with other things too and very willing to help in any way he can if he is able to do it. Just ask him. I highly recommend him. We are off island and our storage company in Kihei informed us that they were closing the site where our storage space is located. Panic mode set in bc we had just left the island a few weeks earlier and the thought of having to fly back, rent a van, and move our stuff was daunting. After a conversation with the storage folks (who were very accommodating and helpful), they offered to us a couple of solutions. We called their recommendations and Ryan responded quickly. For a a very resonable fee, Ryan and his team removed all of our stuff from the old space (and it was A LOT of stuff) and moved it to the new space that the storage company saved for us. Ryan sent us before and after pics. They did the move quickly and moved our stuff into the new space, even organizing everything. It was much neater than we could've done. True story! We had two unexpected items we needed delivered, opposites sides of the island. One load, 15 rolls of reclaimed bamboo fence, the other a very heavy and delicate 100 year old artisan crafted oak cabinet with glass door and shelves. Many turned down the jobs, even quotes as separate deliveries. One job requried brawn and a fondness of dust and bamboo splinters. The other required the delicate care and stewardship required for an irreplaceble artisan oak wood masterpiece. Then, thank the ancestors, Ryan. He was direct, duoted options up front, and agreed to do the jobs the same day and he waived the trailer fee because it was already rented for the day. Everything arrived as quoted, on time, professionally packed, and in perfect condition. All 3 guys were friendly, helpful, and respectful of the piece they were delivering. It was kismet. From something irreplaceable you really care about to a cumbersome load of who in the hell might possibly move this, these are your guys. read more
