They made ordering things super easy for my family at Christmas when they were ordering things. I recieved 2 super cute sweaters for Christmas along with an overwhelming amount on 2 separate gift cards. The gift cards is what brought me to the Woodland Mall location. I knew I was getting gift cards here so I originally planned to buy the hufflepuff sweatshirt but my grandma bought it for me early since it was on sale on Black Friday. So I came in with my only idea being shoes or having my husband help me put together an outfit. They didnt have the shoes I wanted in my size so we scoured the clearance rack. We settled on a pair of jeans, a long sleeve white and black striped shirt, and a gray button up sweater. We also ended up getting a jean jacket because I'd been looking for one for a long time. It wasn't my exact size but I like my things baggy so I got it anyway. I had $130 on my gift cards and spent about $100 so I'll have to stop back by and get something else. Thanks so much Torrid for being a part of my holidays. You guys made it better. The highlight of my Christmas was getting my hufflepuff sweater from my Grandma. Nobody in my family even likes Harry Potter except me, but partnered with Torrid, my hufflepuff dreams came true. Seriously, thank you.

As a plus sized lady I need clothes that are long lasting and can not be worn down by my thunder thighs rubbing or create holes at the arm pit because of who knows why. The staff is consistently helpful and I've always been greeted upon entry. I can also appreciate any employee that can be respectful and truthful when asked 'what would you recommend I look for with my body type' by a plus sized lady. Im always looked at then guided to some solid choices. It's not exactly cheap but I have gotten some solid pieces for my wardrobe that last and last. Also I love their Harry Potter line. They are cute and fit nice.

They don't stock the bigger sizes like online so that's an inconvenience. Especially swimsuits & intimates. I did find some size 5's, but I was told they don't get a lot of size 5 & 6's in store, & when they do they sell out quick. Also, I've been there maybe 3 times, one of the times was to pick up an online order, & this stores AC is broken or something. I swear profusely whenever I'm there which makes it uncomfortable to shop.

In most mall clothing stores sizes only go up to a 14 juniors / women's but in this store sizes START at 12 women's and go UP! The prices are a bit high (but no worse than 'The Buckle' or Hollister). The clothes are made well and very hip! In addition to clothes they also sell accessories and perfume, those are cheaper than the clothes, but also lower quality.

I have loved Torrid for years now and I always take advantage or their Black Friday online sale…read morethat givez free shipping and 60% off most clothes.  They have high quality clothing and each piece can last me years.  I bought my favorite basix gray leggings here over a year ago and they are still looking nice even though my thighs usually rub to a point of creating holes in my bottoms.  Whether it is leggings or jeans, I have had all my bottoms from Torrid last me years.  It took about 7 years for my first 2 pairs of pants to start to look a little worn and ready to retire, but they didn't have thigh rubbing holes!  This year I also bought a jacket and it is really nice.  I am looking forward to being warm and cozy this winter.  I am also excited because I don't usually buy tops from here, however I was able to pick up 4 this year.  One of the tops is a Bob's Burgers holiday shirt, which I am really looking forward to showing off.  Thanks Torrid for keeping me in long lasting and nice looking clothes.
