We called out a bunch of companies, but Mojo was the only one who said that they could find the parts to replace a panel or two of our door, instead of replacing the entire garage door, like the competition wanted to do. So Mojo gave a fair quote, was able to source the parts, and showed up right when they said they would. They made some good recommendations about maintaining and upgrading parts of the existing doors to get the longest life out of them. Our…read moregarage door spring broke yesterday and we had worked with Precision Overhead Door before so we contacted them about coming to repair our spring. The CS representative I spoke to was polite, courteous, and gave me an estimate for both parts and labor over the phone and submitted a service request. The timeframe to have a technician at my house was for the following day between 10-11 and they arrived right at 10:00. The technician that was assigned had an invoice amount that did not match the price I was given by the CS rep the night before. He immediately called the CS department and they were able to pull the recording from the call I made the night before. Precision honored the quote I was originally given and apologized for the misunderstanding. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. Thank you Precision for honoring your word, you have a customer for life!

I called out Precision, and they sent a tech who didn't show up on time, arriving an hour earlier than the agreed upon meeting time. Not a great start. Once the tech got a good look at the garage door, they started talking trash about whoever installed such a nice garage door with such cheap parts. "Why would someone go to the trouble to get all these nice garage door panels, and install such cheap rollers?" "If the installer had just spent an extra $20 on a door that cost a whole lotta money, it'd be up to standards, but whoever installed this..." "Did you mess with this, because this isn't right." "Gah! Who installed this?!" I didn't install it. We looked at the installer's stickers on the garage door remote code box and motor- it was Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio. The salesman acted astonished it was his own company that he'd been trash talking for the previous ten minutes. We needed a new part, the salesman said that, unfortunately, it's not manufactured anymore, and instead we'd need to spend over twelve thousand to buy a whole new garage door. LOL! All credibility was already lost. He went into a long sales pitch. Their goal is to put in a new garage door for you, regardless of what you want. He really put the pressure on for a new door. I called the manufacturer myself after I got rid of the salesman, and found out he was 100% full of it. He told me that the part isn't made anymore. They absolutely make the part, he just wanted to sell me a new garage door. Yea, right. Get lost. Their competitors did a great job for a fraction of the cost.
