Was in form out of town stopped in to do some shopping the the employees were not helpful at all and the customer service was horrible.

The service here was excellent, everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly. They had a free keg on tap, free hot-dogs and popcorn- very nice waiting area. Appears to be a large selection of new and used bikes, as well as a plenty if Harley apparel. I will be servicing my bike from here on out, thanks maverick HD. read more

I had to quit doing business with its sister store Longhorn harley-davidson. Thinking it was just the motorclothes girls at longhorn harley-davidson who didnt know what they were doing. Well i was wrong! Im now a owner of a special ordered helmet $250 that is incorrect. Kristy at Maverick harley-davidson didnt order the correct helmet that my wife wanted and because of HER (Kristy)mistake she will not correct the order. If you want to be lied to and jerked around this is the place to go. The papers I signed said the bike had 7 miles on it, when the bike was delivered it had 27 miles on it. Obviously they sold me a demo as a brand new bike. 695.00 x 2 equals their "fixed" add on pricing for "set up and delivery" that's a pretty fat add on if you ask me. Last week my fiance and I walked into Maverick Harley-Davidson to browse their selection of preowned soft tails. We were greeted by an exuberant salesman named MJ. I informed him that I was making the jump from years of riding a rocket to now being in the market for a Harley. With this in mind MJ showed us Mavericks preowned inventory and really took the time to get to know me and my fiance. He was informative, transparent, and beyond personable without being overwhelming in the buyers process. I was fortunate to ride with him on several test rides and I was quickly reminded of what its like to ride with good people. Ultimately, I opted for a Harley from another local dealer, but only because they had exactly what I was looking for. However, my sales experience at Maverick was exceptional because of MJ and he won me as a future customer of a new HD. I will be bringing my bike to get serviced at Maverick because of his outstanding professionalism and genuine care. read more

I originally bought a timing cover ($32.00, NOT made in the USA) from another local Harley dealer. I tried to return it to Maverick, only because I was close to it. Mind you I do shop at this location often. When I tried to return it, they had the nerve to try and charge a 15% restocking fee. I told the parts guy , that was nuts, and his response was , well you didn't purchase it here. I laughed, and told him, well I just increased your inventory by one, and you didn't have to pay for shipping. I understand that each dealership is owned independently but seriously ??? It says Harley Davidson on it, and it's not like they couldn't sell it. With the bad reputation Harley is getting lately along with the overpriced parts, that are NOT made in the USA, they wonder why they aren't doing well. We stopped in while visiting my son in Dallas. We were really impressed with how large of a selection they offered in merchandise. We also were able to find many items that we have only seen online but were afraid to buy with out trying them on. They had some of the hard to find sizes!! Tall large!! We ended up buying several shirts because of how many styles they offered in this size. Sales people were very nice and answered all our questions. To top it off they honor military with a 10% discount!! read more

I came here for a specific item that I found online a Wounded Warriors/Harley Davidson collaboration shirt. Normally I would buy online but I wanted to go to the store in hopes of adding on additional items for a Christmas gift. I called twice before coming hoping they could confirm they had the shirt before I made the hour long drive but both times the phone was never answered. I walked in the apparel area and even though there were 3 woman behind the register non could be bothered to say hello. I wondered around for a few minutes looking for the shirt while several employees helped other guests. When I finally located my item I walked it up to the register where two ladies were standing behind a desk, stood there for a few moments before a male customer walked up behind me and said "one of you sell me some boots". One of the woman quickly went over and helped him. I continued to stand there awkwardly for another minute before asking if this was the correct location to check out and the woman with glasses replied "ya I'm logging in". She stuck out her hand so I handed her my item then asked me for my phone number. I let her know I had never shopped at Harley Davidson before and was purchasing a gift, she loudly signed and continued to process my transaction in total and complete silence. The price was less then I anticipated so I asked excitedly if the item was on sale and again she replied "ya" before handing me my bag. I really wish I had not supported this store as they couldn't even muster up the smallest amount of kindness or customer service. I imagine this time of year they have a lot of people buying gifts and I didn't fit the physical description of someone that would spend a lot of money or something. I have many Harley fans in my family but will gladly support other store locations or simply buy online where I will likely have a more positive experience. read more

Outstanding people that work at Maverick., friendly say hi and act like they want to help you. I only get my service work done at Maverick. They do a general check over the bike and explain everything to you before and after the work is done and remind you of services that will be coming up. Great in parts too. They look it up explain about what it will take. Great events also. read more

Worst service and parts dept I ever been in. Employees are rude and seem inconvenienced when cornered to help a customer. If you know what you need, you'll spot quickly that they don't have a clue. If you dont know what you need dont ask for help or buy anything here, what you'll get will be incorrect. I wouldn't trust them to check the air pressure in my tires. IF YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR ANY WOMAN PLEASE HELP SHOW THEM THE HARASSMENT OF ONE OF THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES IS UNACCEPTABLE! Sometimes we have to take a stand for what is right. I visited this store on May 4th. In the rental line we noticed that the workers at the service desk counter, which is next to the Eaglerider desk, were having breakfast. The food was ALL OVER the counter and they were jumping around tossing food at each other, it was like an elementary cafeteria with no one supervising. In their jolly they were looking at our line of 10 and laughed while yellng "OOOOOOHHHHHHHH Jess is late, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, she's ****ed look at that line" and other smart comments I didn't catch. Jessica walked in and immediately started helping our line. The service guys continued laughing and making fun of Jessica as she helped us. To her amazing credit she continued to provide AMAZING service. I heard Jessica ask towards their direction if one of them could grab her something that she needed and they started laughing at her and saying no, they were busy. I saw one employee in particular, Dane, dancing around and twirling his long hair as he sang "Nope I'm busy." Danes behavior was so disgusting that I said to him "excuse me" to which he replied "WHAT" aggressively. When I took a step towards him and said "EXCUSE ME" aggressively he turned away; typical bully. That is only when their behavior changed. When Jessica took me to show me my rental I asked her about their behavior. She was visibly upset and trying to hide it. When we returned our bikes the next day the gentlemen in line behind me that day was also there; we all discussed the disgusting behavior we saw and agreed it warranted contacting the owners. The next day I spoke with one of the owners, Caroline, Chris's wife. To my amazement, she downplayed the "incident" as she kept referring to it as and said "you don't understand, Jessica is also a veteran also and has worked for us for 5 years. She has a relationship with each one of those employees that you do not know about. We have spoken with each employee and supervisor and there isn't a problem and Jessica doesn't have a problem with it." I explained to her that when I spoke with Jessica I COULD EASILY TELL SHE WAS UPSET AND HIDING IT. I had hoped that by speaking with the OWNER of the dealership, I would get more than that. Maybe a plan explaining the steps that will be taken to use this "incident" as a training opportunity and a commitment to do what was necessary to ensure this did not happen again. I explained to her that as a 20 year retried female veteran who experienced and witnessed unfortunate harassment like what I witnessed at her Harley Davidson store in Carrolton, Texas, I was deeply disturbed by what I saw,. Caroline then offered an "I'm sorry but NOW YOU ARE HARASSING BY CALLING DANE NAMES". To this I was speechless because I had told her that he was a bully, much unlike what name calling or harassment actually is. Please force them to make some changes by either making your voice heard that that practice will not be tolerated or take your business elsewhere. At least please keep an eye for it if you are there and speak up if you see it. It shouldn't matter how nice their bikes or location is, or how fancy their events may be, the lack of concern that Caroline showed as the OWNER AND AS A WOMAN spoke volumes to me about the environment allowed at their store. Shame on all of you at that store that do not become part of positive changes. Harassment and bullying is never ok. Jessica, I am sorry if you experience any sort of reprisal from my speaking up, the way you are being treated is not ok and I understand why you hide that it bothers you. I will take this matter as far as I can, to draw as much attention as possible to this dealership with the hope that that forces them to make the necessary changes concerning the unacceptable harassment allowed at their store. I really like the service department at this dealership. I had tires replaced on my bike at a different dealership- afterward, my bike was wobbling. Took it back to the other dealership and they told me to pound sand. So I then brought it to Maverick and the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. I will be bringing my bike back here for all servicing in the future. read more

I bought two bikes from here both from Josh Bennett aka Freebird awesome guy worked hard and always called me back him and the finance guy worked hard to get both bikes done at once the second bank took their sweet time but the dealer was awesome they even offered to reliever the second bike to my house 4 hours away. read more

I bought a 2013 Fat Boy Lo last year that they had done a full stage one upgrade on. It ran like crap, struggled to go past 75mph, vibrated like a unbalanced washing machine on spin cycle and all their rude, crappy service advisors would tell me is that it runs fine, I don't know what I'm talking about (after 40 years of riding) and to basically get lost. I lost a ton trading that thing only two months later. read more

I purchased my Harley from Maverick. From the beginning I felt welcomed walking in the door. I was greeted by Toni G in sales and the experience started from there. They helped me pick the right bike not the most expensive bike. The Finance team worked with me and gave me some of their financing options that were available. Chase dig a bang up job following up to make sure the financing was correct and being patient with my Credit Union. There were a host of folks from Parts to Service that came up and introduced themselves and made me feel welcome. The girls in the apparel department made sure I had the right gear. I have been in the store at least once a week to just see what they have in that's new. I am a customer for life. Don't change a thing read more

I was not looking to purchase a bike same day and I had a not so great experience at a different corporate Harley-Davidson a couple weeks earlier. I was a little skeptical when I walked in, but it was slightly eased when Bishop greeted us at the door. Bishop was extremely helpful and patient when I was trying out some bikes. He then offered to give us a full tour without even knowing if I was a serious buyer or not. We sat down and spoke about all the not so fun stuff and Bishop was extremely accommodating and listened closely to what I wanted. The manager, every single employee, the finance guy, there was not one person who was not extra helpful and friendly. By the end of the process,I left with exactly what I wanted financially, a new gorgeous 2018 Iron 883 and all of my skepticism had left the building. If you are looking to buy a Harley, I would absolutely recommend going to Maverick Harley-Davidson! read more
