No issues so far. Nice looking and great riding. Everything works as advertised. Its a heavy scooter, which gives it a great feel and ride. My only complaint is the lack of instructions on how to accemble. You have to guess where all the parts and screws go. If you have any mechanical knowledge, its not to bad. Don't expect any assembly help from the customer service line. There standard line is "hire a mechanic to assemble it". Overall I'm very satisfied. Quality seems OK so far. Keep up with frequent oil changes and maintenance. Enjoy your riding. read more

I've spent weeks looking for a starter for my baby 250! We walked in at 5:40pm walked to the parts section and all my husband did was hold up the part and the gentleman called the part immediately!!!! Price was reasonable and we were in and out in under 10 minutes!!!!!! read more

My purchase of a 49cc scooter went 100% perfect in every way, I was really amazed as Ive had poor experiences with another dealer. I wound up getting an HHH scooter which looked virtually identical to the Tao Tao's Ive had, however, it has much nicer rims. Overall I think the appearance and all of the HHH is better than the TaoTao, moreover- the steel cage it was shipped it showed a LOT more care in forming the various braces and padding them, it even had 3/4x3/4 kick rails welded on the bottom, it was a much better made shipping cage. It arrived on Weds, the MCO, bill of sale and paperwork all arrived in the mail Saturday. I did have one problem with the MCO not the dealer's fault, my state NOW requires the MCO contain a statement that the max speed is 39 MPH and it didn't say that, so I sent a message thru Amazon Sunday and was amazed to get a response from Chris on a Sunday; Hi, I may run into a problem registering this scooter, per the Iowa DMV; "The key to whether a vehicle is a moped or motorcycle is its maximum operating speed, as certified by the original manufacturer. The speed of a moped cannot exceed 39 miles per hour on level ground unassisted by human power. The top speed of 39 mph must be printed on the manufacturer's certificate of origin. If the vehicle is a moped, the MCO must state that the vehicle's maximum operating speed is 39 mph or less." My MCO does not specifically state this at all. Chris Hi Chris, thank you! as I understand it, Iowa fairly recently changed the moped law to allow for slightly higher speed- 39 mph (it was 35 I believe) with the provision that insurance is now required, and the 39 mph max speed statement being required now on the MCO the actual statement is on the DOT web site now. -- So I rec'd a call from a lady from NTX Powersports this afternoon and she confirmed with me what I needed, sent via text msg to me a photo of the replacement, fixed MCO for approval, it looked ok to me, and within a few minutes she already sent me the tracking number for it and it will arrive tis Friday. All the people who write negative reviews about this place/process/quality probably shouldn't have bought an "assemble-yourself" China motorcycle. If you don't have the skills to assemble it and figure out the related issues... don't buy it! I bought a 125CC Boom Vadar clone from them and couldn't be happier. The purchase online was easy. I did have some concern when they called shortly after and asked me to send them photos of my drivers license and the card used in an email to verify it was me. But I covered up some sensitive info... sent them the photos... and didn't worry much about it. That's the only reason they get a 4 and not 5 stars. The bike shipped shortly after that. They gave me tracking which was great. A few days later the shipper called to schedule delivery. I got the bike on a pallet and in a crate. FYI: It's a heavy pallet so get the shipper to place it in your garage or some other spot so you don't have to move it! After I got the bike I called NTX and gave them the VIN via text message as requested. They confirmed it was me and a few days later I got the title and required paperwork without any issue. Incredibly easy. It took me about 6 hours to tear down the metal shipping frame, assemble the parts, check everything, and do a test ride. I found a few problems but nothing that Google and YouTube didn't help me fix. I've changed out the crappy fluids (engine out, fork fluid, etc.) that come with the bike and put quality stuff in. I'm doing a very slow break-in on the engine with just some small neighborhood easy-rides. Overall it was an simple process. The bike was a gift for my GF and as a new rider... she's loving it so far. read more

This place is horrible as far as service and being fair. When I went in they charged me a $500 deposit and would use that against any work done. After about 3 weeks they told me I needed a fuel pump. When they couldn't find one I sent them a website to get one. Again they couldn't find one. So I picked it up and they KEPT my full $500! Amazing. I didn't know but my neighbor down the street works on them so he found a fuel pump in Garland and after 2 days had the UTV working. The fuel pump was $186 but it works well now. Run from these people. Funny he offered to sell my one there and would give me $2000 on my UTV that I paid $7500 for and only has 350 miles on it. read more

Great little scooter. I'm 6 foot 175 pounds and this 150cc can really haul. No power loss on hills. Came with everything I needed to have a complete vehicle. The crate was packed well and it was delivered right to my driveway. No hassle and received it pretty fast. Insurance is really inexpensive on these so it's perfect for getting around town. I bought 2 TAO 110 quads from them today, when I got home I noticed that the steering is messed up on one of the quads when I got home. I drove from Waco to Dallas to buy these quads. When I got home and noticed, I called to let them know and asked what they were going to do about it and the person who answered the phone said, "It's not my problem you didn't catch it before you left." That is not customer service. I had already had a bad taste in my mouth when I got there and I was charged an extra $100 for each quad than I was quoted in the phone for the assembly fee. The fee wasn't mentioned and the one quad wasn't even assembled correctly. Also, they only take cash or debit and scan your drivers license, sound like a scam and they aren't paying taxes. read more
