So, when the kitchen sink was beginning to drain very slowly, we called and requested to schedule hydro-jetting with AZ's best. Shaq arrived and explained that the issue would likely remain and hydro-jetting was not advised, but that installing a vent would solve the problem. We made the mistake of avoiding his advice and proceeding with hydro-jetting. Unsurprisingly, the issue remained and the slow drain began to guconstantly. We called Shaq and scheduled to have a vent installed, which ended up fully resolving the issue. Since then, we sold our previous home and purchased a new one. We had Shaq install a new tankless water heater to replace a 16-year-old 75k gallon and are very pleased with the result. Overall, I would highly recommend AZ's best for solid work at a reasonable cost.

Chris the owner said he would send someone to do an estimate and did not tell me once there would be a service fee $182. Matt came and did an estimate and advised me it would be $500 to install a new water heater if I purchased one. Then he said he said the $182 would be used towards the install if I did it within 2 weeks. When I got the actual estimate it said it was $650 cost, which was not what I was told. 2 days later Chris the owner came and did the water heater install. He did do a good job until he charged me the $650 and would not use the $182 as a credit which is what I was told by Matt. He said that the $182 was a service fee to tell me what the issue was and that was a cost for his plumber to do an estimate and gas cost. I advised him that I already knew what the issue was which is why I asked him in the beginning what the cost would be to install a water heater which would have saved the plumber the trip. He only used some of the money from the service fee instead of all that I was advised would be used. Versus honoring what I was told for the incorrect cost of the install, in addition to using the full $182 service fee towards the actual service you lost a customer. Next time be honest and transparent about your costs. Do not price gauge your customers and back pedal on what was actually told by your employees.

I had the main and the smaller filter changed September 2025 on my RO system by this company. The…read moremain filter should have lasted 3-5 years. I had another company come out because the TDS has never been under 500. They had to replace both filters because the main filter was incorrectly installed which ruined both filters. I just had to pay another $600 less than a year later. I would not use the company. I do not trust them to do basic work.
