I provided Culligan with my active card on file for automatic billing specifically to avoid late notices. My card was successfully charged last month with no call, no issue, no problem. But instead of honoring that setup, they continued calling me with "past due" threats and then escalated it to an equipment removal notice while STILL having my valid payment method on file. This is unacceptable and shows a major internal billing problem. Their team has already apologized in the past for calling me about payments that were not actually late and yet here we are again with removal threats for an account that was already paid. Reading the other reviews, it's clear this isn't a one-off mistake. It's a systemic problem with their customer service, communication, and billing accuracy. Great water maybe but the worst service I've dealt with. Customers shouldn't be threatened with equipment removal when the company has an active card on file and has already charged it. .
