After doing some research, saw that their customers (mostly on Kudzu) were very happy with them. Called and spoke with Bridgett who was very friendly and kindly scheduled an appointment. Brent arrived the next day and checked out both the RO and water softener systems. Brett confirmed that the water softener was pretty much done for, but that our RO system was fine and just needed maintenance. Brett was able to replace the filters and recharge the RO system and explained how it worked as our family had never used one before. He also explained what type of water softener would work best for our usage and we went with that one which he ordered and installed several days later. One other benefit to us is that they will call to remind us when we need our systems serviced which is appreciated. We're very impressed with the fantastic customer service that both Bridgette and Brent provided us and we'll have them take care of our systems from now on. When dealing with them, we knew they were honest, charge very reasonable rates and are very customer oriented as they live and work here in the Valley and are not part of some national chain where customer service does not mean much. During that time I purchased two reverse osmosis systems from them and paid for annual service every year. Recently, my refrigerator--which is supplied by my AmeriFlow reverse osmosis system--stopped producing ice and filling the water pitcher. While troubleshooting, I disconnected the refrigerator water supply line and a large amount of slimy biofilm discharged from the tubing. I contacted AmeriFlow hoping they would help me understand what happened and work with me toward a solution. Instead, the customer "service" representative I spoke with, Jake, smugly told me the refrigerator supply line is not disinfected as part of their service. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused to transfer or escalate my concerns. I wasn't expecting them to automatically pay for my refrigerator repair. I was looking for a manager to review the situation, discuss whether this should have been addressed during years of annual maintenance, and try to keep a customer who had spent thousands of dollars with their company over 15 years. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that my loyalty as a long-time customer meant very little. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AmeriFlow.

EASILY my favorite company I've ever done business with in the Valley!…read more I had a unique situation with getting a two stage whole home water filtration system added to my existing salt water softener. Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone.

They list their base prices on their website and they also came and did a quote in person so I knew ahead of time what the final estimated price would be. I was nervous to allow someone to drill into my quartz counter top but it was drilled with precision and craftsmanship; this was for the RO faucet. The tech was professional, friendly, and involved me in the installation process. He also was around after installation to answer questions. All in all I am satisfied with the price, product, clear communication, and customer service. If you want an RO in your house because you are tired of gross tap water, let this company give you a quote. Don't get ripped off by other companies that will charge double for their "proprietary" product.

Being new to…read moreboth FH and Arizona, one of the local contractors we initially had in to do stuff highly recommended Chris at Aqua Pro to give the unit a once over. Chris was friendly and helpful in explaining our inherited water softener system to us as well as how to use and maintain it. While the unit wasn't brand new, Chris believed it had a few more years of service life in it. Jump forward nearly six years later and this same softener system was now suddenly not working. Chris came back to the house (his first time since that initial visit) and noted the unit was now way past its prime. We had the option to replace with new or to try to extend it's life a little longer before replacing by manually setting the dial to get it to recharge. We decided to try the manual recharge and he showed me the steps to take to do that. We were able to get our old unit to work about 2-3 weeks more, but then realized the manually recharge no longer worked and it was legitimately time to replace the system. There was never any other business for us to consider but Aqua Pro. I made the call, Vickie got us on the schedule and Chris got the new unit installed in about two hours. Early into his installation Chris discovered that our pressure valve was shot and the water pressure was coming out so forcefully, it would burn out the new system if he left didn't replace it. We did have him replace the valve and he got everything installed and working still in the time frame anticipated. Aqua Pro offers great communication, have always been prompt and on-time to our appointments, are trustworthy and knowledgeable and very reasonable and fair in pricing. I contacted H2O pros at 8:20am to confirm that Brandon had my phone number and address because he had not arrived yet. We purchased our home a couple weeks ago and the water filtration was already in the home installed by Clean H2O pros so naturally I called them first. I was needing maintenance on one RO system and wanted to discuss adding a second RO for our next Gen suite.
