I've always loved Chick-fil-A. Altho there is not one where I live, I try to hit Cheyenne's when I can. Our party chose the drive-thru. It was about 6:30 pm., so a little busy. The worker bee standing outside was extremely pleasant, and so patient when we said we would need to look at a menu before we could order. She basically walked with us to the menu & took our order. What made me quite cranky was the manager came out & gave that wonderful worker bee a hard time - In Front Of Us - because the line wasnt moving along as he thought it should. She was clearly trying to prevent a mix-up, but instead of taking her seriously, he brushed it off by saying he had "tasted it" and would deal with it later. That kind of response is a red flag, especially considering how dangerous a mistake like that could be for diabetic customers. To make matters worse, he corrected her loudly in front of everyone, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. I don't want anyone losing their job, but this situation really does need to be addressed, not just for food safety reasons, but to ensure professionalism is upheld, no matter how stressful things get. That said, not all the service was negative. One standout moment was a staff member walking the dining room, checking in with guests, and even bringing a refill directly to a customer so they didn't have to get up. That level of attentiveness is something I haven't seen at other Chick-fil-A locations and absolutely deserves recognition. My order was brought out to me and it was hot and fresh. The dining room was spotless and welcoming, which makes it easier to find a comfortable place to dine in at. I haven't been near a Chick-fil-A in over a year and I was really craving one. I don't even like most fast food fries but I love theirs. The service is fast and courteous just like you'd expect from them. However the sandwich wasn't quite what I remembered, though I can't put a finger on why. I've been to Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country. This is easily the worst one I've ever been to. Here's why: 1) The wait times are outrageous. I've never had them get me my meal in under 20 minutes, especially drive through. On that note... DO NOT USE DRIVE THROUGH! It will take 30 - 90 minutes no matter what. 2) I've been here maybe 10 times. 6 times they've gotten my order wrong. It doesn't matter if you order at the counter, at the window, or on the app. It's likely to be wrong more often than not in my experience. Additionally, it's not like they forget to remove items on a sandwich, they forget entire sandwiches and meals. Always check your order. The staff doesn't know how to manage this place. If you can get your meal, it's just a typical Chick-fil-A meal, so at least this place can manage that. Update Made it through drive through after 53 minutes. This chick fil a is falling apart. (Honestly chick fil a in general) one of my minis was just fried bread (as pictured) and the other one was so hard I couldn't even bite it. We stopped here today and the food was as good as fast food gets but the dining experience left something to be desired. It was not particularly busy and half the restaurant was empty. The manager could have picked an empty area, or an office perhaps, to have a coaching session with her employee. Instead, she chose the table right next to ours where we couldn't help but hear their conversation. Imagine how strange it was to eat lunch and listen to her talk for 30 minutes. I'm a huge fan of the Chick fil a franchise but this location is by far the worst I've gone through. I placed an order through the app to save myself time and make the experience easier. I was given my drinks through the drive through and told to pull up to a open parking spot . I did and three other cars pulled up next to me all three of them received their order and I have been currently sitting here for over 30 minutes. My partner had to go inside to figure out what was going on. Alrighty. For stars for drivethru. Review is based off service not food quality. Dinning in makes a 3 stars because it ten minutes or more to get my iced coffee. Either I have to go up twice and the second time physically waiting at the front to get it. Today it took two trips to my table and ten minutes. Ordered a original it is vanilla. I do not do the vanilla often. But today I guess I get one and not what I ordered. I had to order twice. The front person could not get one meal one entree both number five for breakfast. Food is good and basic. He first time here it took over 15 mins to get the iced coffee. I had to ask after food delivered at he front for a water. I have an esophagus minor problem but I need liquid to get food down so sitting there without being able to eat is not fun at 8 months pregnant. There is no break, it is every time I go inside. This is the last time. I would rather go thru drivethru not have to wait and park and eat in my car. Update. One inside visit drink was forgotten and lady looked at receipt and came back in a minute with iced coffee. Bacon on biscuit crunchy and dry not their usual Update. Drive thru. Ordered number 5 entree with bacon. Lady repeated ok a bacon biscuit. I said figuring it is the biscuit and with bacon to clarify the egg biscuit meal number 5. Well drove off and opened bag up to two bacon biscuits with no egg nothing but a biscuit and bacon! I ordered the same way two other items. Not an issue there. Returned for refund and was told she just might of not been paying attention. They refunded them and offered coupons. This is right after they stopped serving breakfast. I said no. I drove 20 mins 9mnth prego with a craving. A coupon and not able to replace it with the two number 5 entrees I ordered dropped a star. Started at five to dine in to three now down to two. Last week ordered during heavy lunch the little chicken grillers and got breaded. My daughter is 20 months. The breaded is a no go. If you go make them repeat your order exactly correct and not short hand bc you may just not get what you ordered and check before you drive off order is correct! For the price go to egg and I for a meal serviced to you for the same price. Literally the last time I will come here. I would rather get a Togo order from Denny's or something else. Missing items and they decided to give my wife extra protein with a fly smashed on the underside of her grilled chicken sandwich. The bottom of the bun was also rock hard. However, you can say that the rock hard bun saved my wife from eating the fly because it was on the underside of the lettuce. I just really wish restaurants around here would maintain quality control. Everything has been going down hill. Probably won't be eating here for awhile to see if things get better. It appears that they are only doing drive through or order ahead orders, no inside dining that I observed when we went there. We ordered ahead and when through the Drive through line. This is not the right protocol for this particular restaurant. Drive through is only drive through and order ahead should park at the designated spots. Either way. The staff was very friendly and professional. The order came out in a timely fashion. Part of our order was wrong but they fixed it immediately. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. The food is always great at Chick-Fike-A. They are always busy but still the food is great! This location we are really disappointed with. Pulled to park and was amazed by who was parked in the handicap spots. There are a total of 3 spots for handicap parking and two of them were occupied by chuck-fik-a cars. They were there the entire time we were at the restaurant. Being in a wheel chair and needing to use the wider spots, I decided to stay in our vehicles while my family went in and ordered. Regardless if it is closing time or mid day rush. Those parking places should be used for people with disabilities. If this location needed more parking for their catering/delivery vehicular, they should take away from the general parking area maybe?? read more

This is probably the worst location across the US that I have been to as it relates to service. There was only one cash register going, so there was a wait. It appeared as though the manager was training someone & wasn't able to keep things going in the rest of the place. There were several employees standing around. Tables needed cleaning. I got the incorrect drinks add the food was a little better than room temperature. One of the employees was making an order for himself & drapes himself over the back of the soda machine while they were taking his order (I did mention to him that it was not a good idea to do that). Credit When I was finally helped with my incorrect drinks the person went all the way to make sure the connections were correct b4 he filled my cups & returned them. read more
