We placed an online order for this Chick-fil-a on our way home from our Las Vegas trip. We wanted to choose a location that was a bit further away from the stirp, on our way home. This was the location we choose and we placed an order online for breakfast! The restaurant is just like any other Chick-fil-a restaurant we've been to. Very well maintained and clean. The employees were very friendly and nothing out of the ordinary for us. We chose to dine in before we left and the employee brought our order out to our table, she was so sweet and she also made sure to clean up any trash we didn't want anymore. I ordered the chicken biscuit with cheese and hashbrowns, and my wife ordered a spicy chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. She is always so impressed with how the egg tastes so much better than other fast food restaurants breakfast sandwiches. Overall it's super fresh and paired well with the whole grain bun. There's some veggies on it that balances it out well. When I'm looking for a non fried option this is a solid option. I always do the preorder pickup option but find myself still waiting to get a workers attention to grab the order, but I think a shelf with all orders ready to go would be a safer option. read more

We stopped by this CFA on our way out of Vegas. It's a few minutes away from the strip and it isn't too busy at all. Parking was very easy, it's right by a Starbucks in a shared lot. The lot is pretty big. We entered and ate inside. Once we ordered, we had a complicated meal but the person at the register was very good at making sure we got everything we wanted. Once we sat, our food was ready within 5min. We didn't wait long. Everything was pretty fresh. We also needed a high chair which was available on the side with placemats on them which was very convenient. They also had a very nice lady in the lobby cleaning tables and making sure everyone was being taken care of. Her name was Nancy. From the rewards I got to try their soft ice cream. The texture is more icy than creamy when comparing it to other fast food places like McDonald's. I do prefer the cone over McDonald's however. My daughter was getting the baby out of the car and then the manager said, oh no, she can't come in. They were rude and I don't think I want to go back to this location on las vegas boulevard by town square. We just wanted to eat something quick. All of us together. It must be the worst customer service experience i have ever had. The young girl named Janae who called herself a manager was so rude. She rolled her eyes when i asked question then walked away. She smirked when i told her i wanted to redeem a reward . And she literally laughed when i told her that she is not being very nice and professional. Customer service really stands out too the staff is usually super polite and efficient, even during busy hours. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lines can get really long, and the menu, while good, doesn't have a ton of variety. Was told I probably ordered from the wrong store. (I did NOT bc it had already come out of my account from 'store 4078'). The guy then says since I ordered as a guest there is nothing he can do & cannot refund it. About 20mins later I got someone else's order delivered under a different name but to my address. This store is unorganized. I will say that the delivery driver, Bayonne, was super sweet, respectful and went above and beyond! She presented herself extremely well & was kind enough to walk the order to me across the hot pavement since I didn't have shoes on (bc I popped up so fast when I got the delivery text bc I wasn't expecting to get my food). read more
