We placed an online order for this Chick-fil-a on our way home from our Las Vegas trip. We wanted to choose a location that was a bit further away from the stirp, on our way home. This was the location we choose and we placed an order online for breakfast! The restaurant is just like any other Chick-fil-a restaurant we've been to. Very well maintained and clean. The employees were very friendly and nothing out of the ordinary for us. We chose to dine in before we left and the employee brought our order out to our table, she was so sweet and she also made sure to clean up any trash we didn't want anymore. I ordered the chicken biscuit with cheese and hashbrowns, and my wife ordered a spicy chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. She is always so impressed with how the egg tastes so much better than other fast food restaurants breakfast sandwiches. Flew into Las Vegas and had an appointment we needed to get to so we wanted something quick and easy close to the airport. Ordered through the chick-fil-a app for dine in options. We found a table, scanned the code and within 5 minutes got our meal delivered to the table. Service was great. Staff came around to inquire how our meal was and asked if we needed refills or anything else. Food was hot and delicious. Love the lemonade here. We stopped by this CFA on our way out of Vegas. It's a few minutes away from the strip and it isn't too busy at all. Parking was very easy, it's right by a Starbucks in a shared lot. The lot is pretty big. We entered and ate inside. Once we ordered, we had a complicated meal but the person at the register was very good at making sure we got everything we wanted. Once we sat, our food was ready within 5min. We didn't wait long. Everything was pretty fresh. We also needed a high chair which was available on the side with placemats on them which was very convenient. They also had a very nice lady in the lobby cleaning tables and making sure everyone was being taken care of. Her name was Nancy. She was so sweet and checked up on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved coming to this chick fil a and my kids had a great experience. This is a great spot! read more

From the rewards I got to try their soft ice cream. The texture is more icy than creamy when comparing it to other fast food places like McDonald's. I do prefer the cone over McDonald's however. The size just depends on the person serving you and I feel like there's not really a standard. read more

We went to this location after monster jam at unlv. It was 10:05 but the door was still open. The manager said we could eat inside, and I told her we wouldn't take long. My daughter was getting the baby out of the car and then the manager said, oh no, she can't come in. So half of us got to eat inside and my other daughter had to go through the drive through and take her food home. They were rude and I don't think I want to go back to this location on las vegas boulevard by town square. We just wanted to eat something quick. All of us together. It must be the worst customer service experience i have ever had. The young girl named Janae who called herself a manager was so rude. She rolled her eyes when i asked question then walked away. She smirked when i told her i wanted to redeem a reward . And she literally laughed when i told her that she is not being very nice and professional. Chick-fil-A is consistently one of the better fast food spots out there. The food is always fresh, especially the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries they never miss. Customer service really stands out too the staff is usually super polite and efficient, even during busy hours. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lines can get really long, and the menu, while good, doesn't have a ton of variety. Service is always a hit or miss here & they tend to get orders wrong. I do love that they have more gluten free options and spicy options now! If I get food here, I usually get it to go. The outside and inside tend to be a little dirty/messy & a tad on the noisier side. read more

When I came it was super crowded and even though I did a pickup order, I did have a wait a bit to be helped and for them to grab my order from the back. I always love their spicy chicken sandwich. It comes with a couple of pickles and has a good kick to it. I do wish it came with more like lettuce or tomatoes. I notice that I always have to personally add and alter the sandwich in order to make it sufficient enough for a meal. I do like the quality and size of the chicken patty. If you want a more filling sandwich with additions other than the bun and patty, I would opt for the deluxe chicken sandwiches. I also love the chicken nuggets and find it's an easy filling snack or if you have kids they love this too. I find that normally chick fil a is pretty consistent with what you're getting. This place is always packed! I always order ahead via the app to rack up points and when I arrive they always have my order in que. I wish they still did curbside pickup for delivery orders since the lines inside and outside are always so long but that is gone now. Service is always great here and very friendly. They manage to get through long lines quick. And usually with a smile. My go to is the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of the kale crunch salad. The food is pretty standard and you know what to expect. I'm not a big fast food eater but this is pretty much my only regular fast food spot, so that says something. :) read more

here on vacay, ordered food thru website as guest. got a confirmation txt that order was being prepared & I was opted in for updates. After 45 mins of no updates from store #4078 I called. Received the sandwich with pickles on the bottom. 2. Wife ordered a nugget meal, with extra pickles. She received none, and the line was so long we could just go ask for some. 3. We ordered it as a dine in, we got everything in a bag. If we wanted a bag, we would have said we wanted it to go, morons. 4. The dining room was filthy, see picture attached. Tables were not clean. Floors not clean. Although there were few in line, rhetorical 16 year old boy working on tge 4th of July 2024 wasn't quite up to the task. Seems like a nice kid. Took 5+ minutes to process our order. 5 minutes to process the order before us. Seems like lots of people working and my e too much emphasis on drive-through traffic. I expect more from CFA and this location lacked. Haven't tried the food yet. read more
