I used to be obsessed with potato corner and would drive out over 20 mins specifically for this when I was craving fries. It's cooked to the perfect amount of crispiness (still is). The last couple years or so service has been very slow and it would take over 20 mins for your fries to be ready. For some reason they also changed the seasoning they use and it doesn't taste the same anymore. Very disappointed about that.

Cute little spot to get some fries. The staff was friendly and helpful. How fun is the seasoning! There are a handful or so to choose from. We decided to go for the sour cream and onion seasoning, super large size, and regular fries since it was our first time. We came in the middle of the afternoon on a school day and there was not very many people in town Square. Our fries came out pretty fast and nice and hot. There is a good amount of seasoning on the fries and each fry had seasoning. I thought this was a great little spot For families or groups of teens to grab and share. I definitely want to go back and try a different flavor on a different fry. Of course sitting and eating your fries in the middle of town Square is the perfect ambience.

We love French fries, so we decided to give this place a try. They have a variety of different types of potato products including different types of French fries and potato chips. They are made fresh, so be prepared to wait a while (some customers were being quoted 20 minutes). We decided to try the potato chips and curly fries. They were decent. Not amazing. Some of the chips were great and crispy. Others were oily and limp. Similar with the curly fries. Overall - good but not great.

This is one of my favorite place to get some fries, I'm sad that the one at galleria mall and meadows closed down long time ago. But I'm glad that the Town Square one remains open. This place can get really busy, long lines and long waits especially if there's only 1-2 people handling the whole operation. So I get it when sometimes the staff are really short or sounds in a hurry and rude. The location has changed for the better, the new location and establishment looks way better than before. The fries are cooked freshly every time you order. And get to pick seasoning, my favorite is bbq and sour cream my combo. I will add this to my go to fries, waffle, chips or tatter tots. I know the seasoning is so unhealthy but I love potato corner. And my daughter loves this place and it's right beside a boba place so perfect combo.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly but it was a bit of frantic energy especially for a Sunday at like 4pm. I ordered a kids meal and was a bit underwhelmed. The fries had good seasoning but really weren't crispy and the chicken was also kinda bland. The portion size for this was a bit expensive for the price and other meals were even more. Food was however delivered pretty quickly as it was busy and decently well staffed. I'm not sure if I'd go back to try anything else though.

Repeat customer here for a good reason: It's my go-to when I crave seasoned fries. My favorite is a combo of BBQ and the sour cream & onion. The service could be better/faster but they make your fries fresh after you order so it does take some time for them to make. The wait is worth it (~15 min, depending on how busy they are). Nevertheless, please be kind to the staff and be patient. Once you get your food, you can sit at one of the public benches or tables nearby (outdoor).

Wasn't quite yet in the mood for a whole meal so we just purchased two orders of garlic Parmesan fries to snack on while we walked around town Square. It was a good snack and the service was ultra fast. I also really enjoy their barbecue flavored french fries. And i'm interested in trying out their cheddar cheese flavored fries as well, next time.

Potato Corner is sooo yummy and an amazing snack to get at Town Square! I swear they need to open more around Las Vegas. The line is usually long. I went to two days in a row so both experiences were a little different hehe. The first time was a Friday night when they were about to close (10 minute wait). There was no one but me and my party around 5 people. The second day was a little busier since it was late afternoon on a Saturday (30 minute wait). It was so crowded it took a while to find seating. It was nice to sit down and talk with my mom and watch the kids play. I like how they make it fresh and crispy. The best flavor is the sour cream and onion. We also got the chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce. They were both okay. The sauce was very watery and tangy. Both not my favorite. But I'm here for the fries! I could eat these fries for days!

This place is always a solid choice whenever I visit TS. This place is a hit or miss in terms of how busy it can be so sometimes you may get your fries longer or not as fresh. However let's be honest, fries will still taste fire even when you waited a few mins longer, slightly soggy or a little cold lol. There are usually a lot of teeny boppers here so seating outside by this place may be taken 99% of the time so I don't even bother to wait for seats to open up and instead just stroll while chomping my fries. The staff are usually friendly and most of the time the fries are consistent but you can't expect Michelin tire service here. This is a favorite because I love fries so I'll keep coming back here every chance I get when at TS. Also I'm not sure where else they have another location aside TS as the Galleria location closed down so this place is basically a state treasure now.

Really expensive for fries and they were not that good. I got the curly fries and most of it were tiny scraps and hardly any potato or parts that were curly fries - it also made it pretty salty. The wait for the fries was also a very long time which I wouldn't expect for a fast food type store that mainly only does fries. You can get sprinkle flavoring to add to the fries but they said you can't get it on the side so if you aren't sure if you will like the flavor on your entire fries or not you will be out of luck and stuck with flavored fries you don't like. Overall a disappointing experience and there are other fast food joints that do way more than fries but do it better for less cost. Not much ambiance other than sitting outside at Town Square

If you do or have done wine tasting in California it's very much that same kind of feel here. This place is located in an industrial Park that is a short distance from Mandalay Bay. We knew that we wanted to try some of the cheeses. They also offer soup, salad, and a menu of sandwiches. Today they also offered two special sandwiches. We ordered the two special sandwiches (Tuna Melt & Mortadella) and a cheese board with added Truffle Cheese. We knew it would be too much food so we had 1/2 of the sandwiches wrapped to go. (and latter brought home a lot of the cheese board). I tried the Tuna Melt Special. It was served on very good toasted sour dough bread. The tuna was different and was made by Hobbs. It seemed more like fresh tuna than over baked canned tuna. It was embellished nicely with fire roasted tomatoes, pepperoncini, and provolone. I liked that it wasn't drippy or messy. But I do have to say that this isn't a traditional tuna melt because the cheese was part of the tuna salad. Still it was good so I can't complain. My husband enjoyed the Mortadella Special. He said that the mortadella was a higher quality than what most places sell. We tred a variety of cheese on our cheese board. The board was adorned with bread, figs, and corn nuts. What stood out were THE CHEESES. They all had a special creaminess to them and they all had flavors to them that surpass any cheeses that you can buy at your local market. The people there were friendly and helpful. Someone who was either an owner or manager asked us how everything was. Nice little extra casual Gem near to the Strip for Cheese, a Sandwich and maybe some wine.
