Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. Burgers were simple but solid quality, fries were fresh, and overall the experience lived up to the hype more than I expected. Not life-changing gourmet food -- but definitely a good classic burger stop with a nice atmosphere.

I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue.

Not a dirty surface to be found and I even peaked in to the kitchen (also very clean). There are ~5-10 different variations of the Freddy's Steak Burger on the menu, some chicken sandwiches, and some Dogs. We opted for a regular steak burger and a Patty Melt. One with cheese fries and one with curds. Both sandwiches were great. The onions on the patty melt were cooked extremely well and the burger was big and sloppy, like all good burgers should be. The cheese curds were excellent and the shoestring fries were great as well. There was an absolute ton of cheese on them (think liquid nacho cheese) so if you are in to that, you will be happy. Pricing was decent and service was outstanding. Our order taker was very friendly and personable. She also agreed that Ranch Dressing is the devil, so she's tops in my book.

It does not specify which pieces. However I've ordered it before and gotten a whole chicken. ( 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts - 8 pieces) This time I got 4 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs - still 8 pieces, but not close to being worth the price. Also I've had slaw that has been sitting out so long that it's inedible. Gross. Service is normally friendly, but rarely fast. We usually use the drive through, but when we dine-in the area in adequately clean. It may be a while before I give this place another chance, which is sad - because when it's good, it's really good.

A week later April 4 I thought how good that sandwich was and decided to go back it was around 9 pm so I ordered it to go thinking how good it was going to taste when I got home 10 blocks later a Lil over a mile I get home open it up and take a bite about chipped a tooth, it was rock hard like the pulled it out of the trash from earlier during the days waste that or they over cooked it by ten minutes seriously it was the worst food I've tried to eat in yrs, infact I feed it to the dogs as we all know they have a much stronger biting strength than people and watching them trying to eat it was like they were chewing in a bone. Needless to say out of a scale of one to ten I give that order a minus ten it was the worst and a waste of my time and money. Service was good polite like they were a week ago but needless to say if I can build up enough desire to try it again I will be eating my food there where I can demand my money back if I receive another hide off of a whale
