Then the restaurant attempts to reverse the charge & issue a refund... but the system cancels the refund. That is all due to an interface issue between DoorDash's platform & restaurants that use the Fox platform. *Something DoorDash is fully aware of, & has done absolutely nothing to fix. (See Photo/Generalized Summary) So if this happens to you. Just be aware that the provided "convenience" of DoorDash, only goes so far. They have no issue with causing a massive inconvenience for both you & the restaurant you're attempting to order from.
