Pick up the car covered in pollen so I can't see that they didn't do anything. So now I'm driving a brand new car with paint damage. There be excuse is that it's from the packaging materials the car was delivered with. Either way it's there job to remove it.

My 15 year old car was due for an oil change and service. I always took it to the dealer for…read moreservice since new without any problems until recently. I won't go into the details but after the last visit to the dealer I won't be going back there again. Now I had to find a reliable repair shop. I used to do oil changes and the like myself but my days of rolling around on the garage floor are long gone. I had a coupon so I made an appointment at a major chain for Monday morning. That turned out to be a total waste of time, literally. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes while my car sat in the same space I parked it in when I got there. I finally gave up and left. Needless to say, I won't be going back there again either. So, I decided to try Bob's, the local repair shop right here in Lawrenceville. I had a couple of flat tires repaired at Bob's over the years and I don't know why I didn't just go there in the first place! Maybe because my wife suggested it and I hate it when she's always right! :( :D I stopped in to Bob's on the way home that same morning and we made an appointment for Wednesday morning. I brought my car in on time and went home to have breakfast. I got a call a little over an hour later saying my car was ready and headed back over to Bob's. The oil change was done right, all the fluids were checked and topped off, and I didn't have to wait all day. Bob's price was very fair, I didn't need a coupon, and the convenience was priceless! Bob and Wayne were friendly and professional. My car is running great! I'll be bringing my car back to Bob's again the next time I need service or repairs.

When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
