Love our 1 bed, 1 bath apartment home at the Mavis! They are super affordable and well taken care of. There is garage parking/storage as well as a driveway so parking and storage is never an issue as long as you have 2 cars. All of the homes have private or shared backyards, and washer and dryer hookups, which is also a huge bonus. On top of how great the apartment homes are, the management is great. Any time my boyfriend and I have questions or need maintenance, the leasing manager, Bianca, always responds promptly and our issues are fixed in no time. You can tell she cares a lot about the residents and quality of the Mavis apartment homes. I would highly recommend moving to the Mavis if you get a chance. I just finished moving into these apartments and I am absolutely in love! From the moment I first made my appointment to the moment I finished moving in, the property manager Bianca has been AMAZING! She has made everything run so much smoother, and had made herself available to us day and night. She shows such pride in her property and I can honestly say that, by far, she is the friendliest and most involved property manager I have ever worked with! The property is so clean! She has pest control out very often just to do a check on things, which I absolutely love! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors all seem friendly! The apartment had a bunch of new amenities and was renovated for us to move in! To top it off, I found this in my apartment today, left by Bianca! This is so far the best experience I have ever had... Bianca the leasing manager it's been great! So sweet and professional... I remember ever since the very first time I called her... asking information about the Mavis apartments.. she took the time to explain how to apply and how the apartments were well taking care of... I loved that... we set and appointment.. and I was ready with all the paper work I need to apply.. just by talking to her even before I was already like an 80% sure I wanted to leave in those apartments... she explained me everything so well... I was so excited... and when I I first met her... she was so nice to us.. very good person... I just wanted to move in... and when I seen her apartment... I felt in love... The entire experience, from viewing the unit to being moved in, has been absolutely amazing. My partner and I moved in recently and are incredibly appreciative of Bianca and Giovanni. They are very sincere and kind, and they ensure that all questions are answered. I have had terrible experiences with apartment managers in the past, so it was a huge relief to see that Bianca and Giovanni were so genuine and friendly. They are so easy to text or call, they allowed us to see the unit whenever we wanted to while construction was in progress, they had no problems with us moving our stuff in earlier than our move in date, and they continued showing kindness even after we got the keys. Bianca and Giovanni set the bar high for quality apartment management. I hope other apartment managers out there take note of this. My fiance and I had a wonderful time moving into The Village at Mavis. We had been looking for an apartment for almost 3 months before we found this one. Bianca was very helpful and made the move-in experience a great one. She was very informative and made us feel at home. We have been here for about 3 weeks or so but we enjoy living here so far. The neighbors are all quite friendly, one of them even helped me move a laundry machine indoors. Bianca was also very helpful when we found that our sink was leaking (manufacturing issue, not installation) and the faucet was replaced within 48 hours since it was a holiday weekend and it was not a major leak. The maintenance team is very friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Definitely recommend living here if you can find a vacancy quick enough, the spots fill up fast! Thanks, Bianca! read more

Incompetence from manager (Bianca) to make this a safe family community. We have feared for our life and safety due to a resident bringing people over to our neighborhood and causing a public disturbance. In our part we had told them to leave and contacted management but they did not take this situation serious and we had told them many times they're harassing us. As always they said they can't do anything to call the police. in the case of this stopping it has not until I took matters into my own hands. As of now Bianca doesn't seem to want to help us. We were promised cameras she then said the owners of the apartments couldn't agree on a price she continued to say "we also have video of you flipping them off" which isn't a credited statement in our situation. If you're looking for a HOME I don't recommend this place. Her actions along with her unprofessional husband lead us to and forced us to look for a new residence. PLEASE be aware of the area and include the Residents who already live there into consideration; there's a handful who are decent, keep to themselves, families but besides all you'll For sure be hearing "I Don't have a job or way to pay my own bills or rent" From the manager if it comes to speaking of issue in hand of the apartment. The own Maintenance workers "Advised" us to look for a better home seeing how there wasn't just issue with the neighbors or area. It was a such a wonderful and pleasant experience from beginning to move in! My roommate and I wanted to move in Anaheim and this place was a hidden gem. Very close to my work and the freeway which are a plus, and the unit has a washer/dryer inside! This was a big selling point for us since it was tough at the last place we were at because the laundry room was kind of far. Bianca and Jhovani have been so great and they're always available to help if there is something we need addressed. They care in such a personable way to make us feel welcome in our new place and we are very happy that we found it. The only thing that has been tough is the parking here, but we are trying to find different solutions to make it work because everything else is great. Since the place is right next to the train tracks, you'll notice the sound at first, but then you'll get used to it too and it's not that bad. What an amazing and pleasant moving experience! My husband and I are beyond grateful for the way Bianca and Jiovani treated us during this entire process. My husband and I had been saving for a while but with the house market interest rates sky rocketing, we decided to look for a private and intimate unit. MOVE SEARCH BEGINS: I began my search in mid January and met 7 property managers and homeowners. As you can see, I was really spending time and researching all locations and wanted to meet with them individually to find out more about their rental. Luckily, a month later I came across Mavis Plaza Apartments. I was very pleased with the pictures and cost. I made my phone call and immediately received a warm and welcoming greeting from Mrs. Bianca Cerrillo. She answered all of my questions and worked with my very tight schedule to accommodate my viewing of her rental. As soon as I arrived she greeted me and showed me all of the available units. She asked me questions about what I was looking for and by when we were looking to move. I told her we were looking for a spacious one bedroom with a backyard and a sense of privacy. After I finished my visit, I knew this was a very promising rental. I wanted my husband to see the unit immediately but he works late and would be off at 9pm. To my surprise, Mrs. Cerrillo offered to show us the unit when my husband was off work. This was very helpful of her since most property managers I had met only worked viewing during their office hours. That night, my husband and I returned and we both viewed the unit. We were excited to finally feel absolutely confident about a rental. MINOR CONCERN; The only thing that concerned us was seeing a dead roach inside one of the cabinets days before the unit was finalized. Mrs. Cerrillo guranteed us and assured us that it may have been due to the entire remodeling of the floors and told us to report any roach incident that we encountered upon moving in or after. DECIDING TO MOVE IN: Soon, we met to discus the details and signed the paperwork. We were excited! During the month prior to our move in date, Mrs. Cerrillo's assistance and quick replies to all of our inquiries continued. She made sure to answer all of our questions with a pleasant and positive attitude. MOVE IN TIME: When we finally moved in, we were excited to see that she had replaced the older stove with a brand new stove! In addition, she gave us a beautiful thank you card with a gift card to Olive Garden! The place looked miraculous! Brand new flooring, paint, toilet, sparkly white restroom, brand new ceiling fans, clean backyard, and brand new white blinds all over the entire unit. Even during our move, Mrs. Cerrillo checked on us to make sure that everything was going smoothly. *Just so you know, before moving in, my husband and I examined the entire unit to make sure there were no bugs (roaches). We were pleased to see none. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: We just moved in this past weekend and so far we are absolutely satisfied with our decision. Moving is such a stressful and critical decision. Where to move, the area, the neighbors, the noise level, the environment: are all vital things to be concerned about. We are thankful the amazing property manager and for the genuine and transparent approach she has for helping families move. My boyfriend and I have been apartment hunting for awhile, and none had come up to our standards. I found this online and contacted Bianca right away. She was incredibly nice and accommodating. We really liked the model apartment she showed us and we submitted our application. She was really helpful through out the process. She explained everything thoroughly and in detail. She told us our apartment will look exactly like the model apartment and she was not kidding. Ours looked exactly or even better. They had remodeled everything from the floors, kitchen, bathroom, and even the water heater was new! When we moved in, she saw a stain on the sink told us she would have it replaced and she did! Just moved in. Wasn't sure at first about the area when I first came to look at the property because it was being remodeled totally. All of the apartments were being painted and it looked messy. The apartment manager, Bianca assured me it would look nice. I came by a couple times and each day the property looked nicer and nicer. I ended up moving in and I love my place. It is beautiful inside and Bianca is awesome. She has addressed almost ALL of my concerns professionally and is working diligently to resolve any outstanding issues. read more

I moved into my apartment end of May and Bianca has been the best property manager ever! She's been so patient with me answering all my questions weekly up to my move-in date. Her husband, Jhovani was very friendly and helpful during the apt walk-through as well. They're renovating the old apartments and their new name is The Village at Mavis. I love my newly renovated apartment and the neighbors are quiet for the most part. The train goes by but it's not too loud. Maintenance has been quick to respond as well. My husband and I moved to Mavis apartments after we got married, November 27th 2016 I believe is the date we got the keys to our first apartment. The process was painless Bianca is so welcoming that she makes you feel like you're already home, and she isn't like most apartment managers that ignore you once you sign your lease, she always receives you with a smile, if she sees you walking around she will say ''hi, how are you'' she the best and so is her husband he's as helpful as she is. They are remodeling the whole block and it looks better every day that goes by. There's been a couple of things that I needed fixed in my apartment and I didn't have to wait weeks or months to get the maintenance guy to come fix it. The neighborhood isn't loud, there are a few kids but they don't bother you, my neighbors are nice, it seems like everyone acknowledges each other and make sure they say good morning or good afternoon. When we were looking for an apartment I told my husband that I wanted to live somewhere where I wasn't going to be afraid to go to my car and Mavis apartments make me feel safe to do so. And best of all recently Bianca gave me the best news ever; the community is now PET FREINDLY!!!!!!!!!! Yes I know best ever, so if you're worried about finding a place that will accept your fur baby look no further because you have found your home.
