However, they completely outdid themselves by extending it to a full week right in the middle of the absolute hottest week of the year.. JUST AMAZING!! Truly an innovative way to help residents practice heat tolerance. As someone who works late nights, I was initially drawn to the strict "No Dogs Allowed" policy. Imagine my delight when it turned out to be a surprise, 24/7 surround sound experience featuring what sounds like a community of 20 vocal canine residents. Apartment 119, in particular, seems to be hosting the premier nightly debate club. It's like living in a luxury dog pound, minus the adoption fees:) Every Wednesday morning is an exhilarating, high stakes game of musical chairs. If you enjoy the thrill of fighting for a single open spot while admiring the historic preservation of cars with expired 2023 tags, you'll love it here. And if you want a second spot? They generously allow you to manifest that dream by just adding a casual extra fee to your already modest rent!!! They love promising you one set price and then change as soon as you're ready to settle. They also switch managers like someone would change their underwear... that should say something. Forget going to the city zoo!!! we have our own local collection of rats and roaches right here! They are incredibly friendly and love to explore the complex at all hours of the day SO CUTE... At a beautifully affordable $2,400 for a one bedroom and a steal at $3,200 for a two bedroom, you really get to experience what it feels like to pour your hard earned money into a literal black hole. Even the laundry room feels upscale, doing a single load of sheets feels like putting a down payment on a brand new car. I'd say more, but the atmosphere here is so incredibly exclusive and highly classified, it almost feels like we signed a top secret government NDA just to get the keys. Wow I was really impressed by how nice and accommodating Jenny the manager was. Everything was very streamlined and efficient. The apartment was even better in person, the cleanliness and great lighting are the highlights for sure. Spring Tree Apartments is a fantastic place to live! My boyfriend and I have been tenants since October 2020 and we love how friendly the leasing and maintenance staff are. Heather and Kahn are super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their tenants. Our one bedroom is spacious for my boyfriend and I. The laundry facilities are nice and open 24 hours and Spring Tree has 2 pools, which is nice to have during the summer. I am super happy to have found a nice community to live in with great staff! The manager Jenny Menéndez was super helpful and happy to help my family move in. I noticed the tenants were happy to visit her office with any questions they had or help they needed and that is rare for apartment management. I was pleasantly surprised to hear her switch to Spanish when speaking with some of the tenants so it's nice to have a bilingual manager. Her English was great and she works with a sense of urgency while also being very hospitable. She showed me the apartment and the bathrooms were professionally refurbished by the maintenance man Coy. He has a positive attitude and is happy to help so it's nice to be able to count on him for any reparations needed in my apartment. I am deeply satisfied to live here! read more

I can't believe how bad thing have change here at Springtree apartments I have live here for over 7 yrs and I have never seen it this bad we pay so much money on rent plus a additional bill we have from the apartments and now we have to pay another fee for paying the rent on line, what the hell is this and we get our cars broken into the Maintanece guy messing with all the woman here and his wife calling back to ask what we want it's just bad I can't even have my carpets change after so many years. I would like to say thank you to our maintenance guy Jason for going the extra mile and cutting the grass on my patio that's been growing out of control for months. Every time I tried to get the office to have the landscape people that cut the rest of the grass in our community cut it, seem to have fell on death ears and it was always an excuse. My grass became home to others while growing wild and not maintained. Jason was great, came right in when he said he would and took care of business. I appreciate you Jason for looking out and making me and my granny feel better about our patio. Now I can take her out on the patio and let her paint and enjoy some sunshine. read more

I've lived here for a full year and I see it to be a fair time to review. I live in one bedroom and the unit is pretty nice for the price paid. They raised the rent $100 as my 1 year contract ends but it is still competitively priced. I'm not sure how competitive it is for the new comers however. It is spacious with a lot of storage cabinets/drawers. Patio is nice to have. No serious pest infection. I haven't seen a single roach or termite. Only problem I had was silverfishes during summer but some baits and foggers took care of them. Management are quick to any repair request and maintain the complex pretty well. Washers and dryers are clean. Carports are neglected however. It is dusty with spider web everywhere. Neighbors get along pretty well quiet most of the time. I feel pretty safe living here but I've seen cops making a trip occasionally and my friend had her car broken in once. Pool hour is not strictly enforced. I hear splashes after 9-10pm during summer. Parking is horrible. 1 assigned carport is given and 2nd is available to rent but it will be faster to win a lottery than your turn comes after the who-knows-how-long waitlist. Limited street and shared parking spaces available. You'll be lucky to find an open spot after dark. Street cleaning on every Wednesday morning and it gets even worse to find a parking on Tuesdays. The management has been saying that they plan to improve but nothing has happened so far. I see at least 6 cars that doesn't move an inch from the apartment parking spaces for weeks if not months, and 2 of them has been on flat tire for a very long time. read more

I just moved into spring tree apartments about a week ago. I am so fascinated with my choice of moving into the apartments. Jenny menendez is super awesome. She is very helpful and super friendly !!! I definitely recommend this place, because of her customer service and friendliness. She was super helpful during the application process. Also coy is very helpful and efficient when it comes to resolving problems around the apartments. If it wasn't for Jenny or coy I wouldn't have moved into this complex !! No Parking, we have applied for a second parking the day we moved in Oct' 2016 and we are still in the waiting list. The management does not provide the details of the waiting list either. Every time you walk in to their office, there is someone new sitting their and they say that they are there just for the day and have no information about the parking situations. If the manager is there himself, he will have his diplomat answers ready. If you have 2 or more cars, do not move here. Or be ready to spend an hour searching for parking spots in the area and end up parking on the streets(if you find a spot) The apt. is great otherwise and they are fast to respond to any maintenance issues, ask them about the waiting list for the parking and they go hiding. read more
