These guys are amazing! Darin called me back quickly after I left a message. I was desperate for someone to come out the same day for a new water heater install where the plumber was unsure of how safe the aluminum wiring was for the connection. I called at least 5 other electricians, but Max Electrical were the only ones to offer to come out and look at my water heater connection within an hour. They evaluated it and said they could do what was needed for a couple hundred, which I was thrilled about because I was already spending so much money on the water heater installation and needed to be able to turn it on. They got the job completed within a few hours, professionally and reasonably while explaining everything to me. Darin even swung by my place before the original ETA to talk to the plumber, see what was needed and leave equipment for his crew coming later. I can't recommend them enough! We had Max Electrical Services set up a 240v line to a got tub and couldn't be happier. Evan was able to come to our house the day I called and was super helpful in explaining everything involved in the quote and covering different options. He then wrote up the quote on site. When scheduling the work, they were booked for weeks, but offered to split the work over a few afternoons between other jobs. They worked us in so we could have the hot tub available for the weekend. Reached out on a weekend and needed a Monday morning appt to diagnose and repair whatever was causing our breaker to blow (we had already tried replacing the breaker) and leaving us with no lights in the upstairs of our guest house with guests coming Monday afternoon. Take note other companies, this is how it's done. 9:30am, I submitted a request for quote to multiple companies on Yelp, most said they would be able to help on Monday. By 10:00am, I'd made contact with Max Electrical. By 10:30am, exactly as he'd said, he arrived at my place. How can this be? A worker who says what he does and does what he says? Already a 5 star experience, and he hadn't even begun work! Now gets to the juicy part--he gave a quote of what the visit would cost based on my explanation of what went on. By 11:00am (just 30 minutes after his arrival), he'd done the work, I was up and running back to new, and get this--the estimate matched what he'd quoted! As I told him, I've had several small jobs that require the need of straight forward help, and there is a lot of money to be made for someone who can simply follow through in this line of business. These guys were great: Responded quickly on Yelp to provide an estimate and schedule a time for them to come install some WiFi dimmer switches. Did a great job installing them - even did another quick fix within the original hour estimate. Also they let me tag along for a few minutes because I was curious about how they installed the switches. Came out the same morning I emailed them a few weeks later because one the switch plates popped off the wall after the screw holes in the box cracked. Fixed it at no charge. I then left a message for Max Electrical. I got a text back asking for more information and then got a quote.
