The service is horrible in that store. I'm pretty sure they're just lowballing people they don't want to deal with. My main issue is the skinny black girl with braids & glasses. She questioned my items which is fine, but the way she did it was very unprofessional. She made a statement about not bringing in my items all at once, basically making it seem like I was trying to scam them when in reality I was cleaning out my closet over multiple days? I don't see why that's any of her business in the first place. If you don't want to take my items, there's a respectful way to do & say that. Reading the other reviews further backs my statement up. Get a more inviting team & maybe that store would do well! read more

The service was amazing. It's a husband and wife they are so nice and so helpful. They fixed my designer bag and I was so happy they gave me an estimate of 3 weeks but I got it back way sooner. I was very happy with the repair and the price was reasonable. I had actually take it to the boutique and they told me I would be without my bag for up to 6 months a local second hand designer vendor suggested I take it to a shoe repair shop that also repairs designer. I brought in a handbag to sell. Within minutes of the employee looking at it, he determined it was not authentic. I informed him that I had taken this exact bag to another Max Pawn Luxury location and they had told me the bag was authentic. Another pawn shop had also told me it was authentic. Extremely disappointing and frustrating how the same store will tell me two different things. I cannot recommend anyone go to this location. read more

Max Pawn is the best place to look for beautiful jewelry pieces! The managers are always helpful and the spectrometers and diamond testers back them up. Theresa, a manager, was both knowledgeable and really fun to work with. The business is located on the corner of Flamingo and Decatur. You are greeted by an armed security guard who is also smiling and welcoming. You see all luxury items from Designer bags to Rolexes. The staff is super nice they do take. While to authenticate your items but it's obviously a good thing. The place is nice to look at and you don't feel like you're being rushed and questioned being in there. The place looks really nice overall. read more

I held a Rolex for 11k and we agreed that they would hold the watch until the nest morning so I can get the money. On my way to the store, the contacted me to tell me that they sold the watch. I love Max Pawn, but the employees at this location (Decatur) have absolutely no customer server. Not one employee greeted the only customer In the building and even when I was looking at items not one of them came over to help. These same employees who so carelessly didn't pay attention to the customer lost a sale over $7 over a watch that was in todays showcase video, which are items Michael Mack very clearly was pushing to sell. Again very disappointed in this locations employees when Max Pawn is an amazing business. read more

Be very very careful here!!! They are liars! I am an avid watch collector so i know my watches. The young sales guy "TRE" was trained to say they got all their watches from an AD. He was very adamant when i asked him and he kept saying all the watches are from ab authorized dealer Claiming brand new. Ok why are half the watches without boxes? Lol makes sense buddy. Ive been doing this longer than you've been alive. I asked them to open up a Daytona because i looked up the serial number and it was to a 1997 and the actual watch is a 2016. I ask them to open it up and i compare to pictures of a genuine one online & just as i knew, it was a fake. The color of the main gear is painted and not anodized like the real one. THEY ARE OUT HERE SELLING FAKE WATCHES!!!! Dont worry i have contacted the better business bureau already. Its only a matter of time before your shop gets a nice knock from the FBI for selling counterfeit goods. Great job training your employees to lie. Had they been truthful I wouldn't have been compelled to report but it seems you really want to play stupid and steal peoples hard earned money. Max pawn as a company is pathetic and very shady. Soon there will be an article on LVRJ!!! We already have a story on you guys just wait. This is what you get for being stupid instead of honest.
