Funny all those fees money produced from PennDot and the safety of civilians goes out the window when they can't even keep trucks on the road. The cops even mentioned how many calls they produce to them and to no avail do they live up to their promises they make yet they take our money and traffik our information for some monopolization. Anyway- again I would like to thank Carlos for giving a time he would arrive at the scene- which he promptly did and then for salavaging ny vehicle from the side if the road- ensuring to do it properly so no damage would occur- then for thoroughly checking my vehicle. And blessed be to the Good Nature of the Essentiality if the Inexpressible my godh it was still drivable. Angels and humans have been one in the same for a very long time.... (Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

We were stuck when our truck broken down in Lancaster on our way to Philadelphia. Called AAA early…read morein the morning. Mack's got the ticket and called to say they could pick up the truck immediately, then keep it in their lot until later in the day when they would bring it to Philly. I said we had to meet them at the mechanic in Philly so it had to be by 8pm. They said no problem. Not only did they never call us back, when we finally called them worried at 7pm to find out where they were, they said they weren't going to bring it until midnight. We said that's not ok and just to bring it first thing in the morning by 9am. They asked if 10 was ok. They didn't call at all or show up until 10:45am, just saying they were understaffed. Left us in a bad place, with no mechanic, having to wait for a couple days. Why take on the AAA ticket if they're pretty sure they can't fulfill it? Why make promises they know they can't keep? Why not call with updates? Stuff happens sure, but all of these were missed and didn't have to be.
