Had to go back because they cracked my coolant tank. They actually told me that it had to be their fault so there would be no charge. Well there was, had to find something to make me pay for. I dont think it would have cost me anything if it had not been for the receptionist. Their fault, their word, no charge means just that, especially when I had already spent close to $3000 already and there was absolutely no leak prior AND TO THIS DAY IT STILL LEAKS. I love the mechanics but do not like his receptionist. She on the other hand is very rude. As to be expected, he went up in prices like all do, but if I want to pay dealership prices, I will go to a dealership. He was much better when he didnt have a receptionist...My business has been going elsewhere. When she is gone, I will consider returning. My opinion. I was extremely annoyed because I really dont know anyone in the area and dont know any mechanics. I looked at 5 mechanics and when I called 3 answered but no one could get me in until a couple days except Rivermont. It was my 2nd choice overall since it was out of the way from the hotel I was staying at, but I managed to limp the car over there with a combination of throttling and letting it coast. I let the guys know that I needed the car back ASAP and they had it ready at the end of the same day. Turns out it was a sensor or something like that causing knocking and hesitation. They diagnosed, got the part and fixed it all within 5 hours. I picked it up before rush hour and made it back to hotel and continued my stay in Chattanooga. I don't remember the guys name, but I think he was the owner of teh shop. He was 100% honest with me about what was wrong, he didnt try to upsell me crap I didnt need like other shops do where I live. Since I was from out of town he could have easily taken advantage of my situation and tried to overcharge or screw me, but he has integrity, honesty and respects people and their hard earned dollars. Not just a good mechanic , a good man. He just found out what was wrong and fixed it. I wish I could find an honest shop like this back where I live. I would have them do all maintenance on my vehicles and any repair. Hands down I would go here again, if you are looking for HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY mechanics this is your shop. The price for everything including labor wasn't cheap, but it was good for the amount of professional work that went into what we wanted done. They took the minimum amount of time and Perry worked with me along the way as I kept adding things. We recently got a check engine light and got it into QEG to find out that the turbo was having a problem. Instead of a bill for an entire new turbo and associated labor costs, they narrowed it down to a $400 part (plus labor of course) and saved me a few thousand. In and out with ordering the part was less than a week. These folks know their Audis!

It was being repaired on his cost on his warranty on the transmission rebuild the he did. I had already decided that if my vehicle coded out again I was going to MD transmission. WOW am I glad I did. I left my Yukon with Myron and his shop on 1/7/25 at 2 pm I picked it up at 2:15 pm on 1/8/25. Myron took me in the shop and showed me the things they had to change out from the other shop. My Yukon is performing now the way it should and I can really tell the difference. If you need transmission repairs done see Myron at MD transmission. You will like the way you are treated.
