I feel the need to update my review from seven years ago. I would give this company 10 stars if possible. I never had to think about my Austin property, and rarely had to interact with them unless I had a question or there was a huge upcoming expense like a water heater replacement, etc. I sold the house a few months ago and kept my house in Elgin to rent out when I moved to CA. I have had nothing but headaches and unnecessary and/or duplicate expenses with this new property management company. Oh how I wish April Realty serviced Elgin. I am currently reviewing my contract with the property management company in Elgin to see how I can get out of this nightmare. Once any litigation is complete with this Elgin company I will give them a review on Yelp, but as of now, all I can do is come back here and express my sincere thanks for the 20 years of worry free property management I experienced with April Realty. read more

NEVER EVER deal with this agency. They will take your money, not explain anything and then rent the place out that you already qualified for to someone else. The staff is highly unprofessional and rude. Their agents are disinterested and can't be anywhere on time. They require that you give them the entire months rent to hold a property (yet dont tell you). If ever you see a rental property from April Realty Serices RUN!!! I have never been harassed so much in my life. My lease was up for renewal. I received a letter stating that I had until 6/30/19 to let them know if I were to renew or not. For the past 2 weeks, phone calls, texts, emails, voicemails to the point of 3x a days even after I would call and talk to the people answering the phone. They don't communicate with their staff despite taking plenty of notes in their "system" of all their communications with tenants. They attempted to hold hostage residency verification from a potential land lord and would only release it if I submitted my move out notice. Thankfully, he saw right through their BS. April Realty Services gives property managers a bad rep in town. They have a laundry list of charges and require a high liability amt on the renters insurance for the lease agreements...Good luck with them! I will NEVER rent a property they manage. read more

And I thought living in Los Angeles was hard. April Realty has given new meaning to the word "slums." When I first made a deal with April Realty, I was in a rush. I was in need of a property asap and the only place they had available wasn't ready. They gave me a walk thru of another unit and assured me that all the units were exactly the same, identical even. They did manage to get the unit move-in ready (enough) in three days. There was still work to be done and they gave me their word to have anything that was damaged (ie counter tops, the cracks in the door frame, cracked windows, water damages, exposed nails in the fence, dishwasher and garbage disposal) would be either repaired or replaced within the next month after the lease signing. They even had us fill out a list of things that still needed attention. When my wife and I got the keys to the unit, we were surprised to find that the small charming yard that they advertised online was instead a 10 x 7 x 3 slab of concrete that took up over half of the small rectangular dirt pit they called a back yard. That same week, our water heater sprung a massive leak and literally flooded our laundry room and kitchen, with 2" of water. The leak was due to the fact the water heater was missing a pipe that lead from the water heater to the drain, the drain that allows the water heater to drain if the appliance over heats. Unfortunately, this was a sign of many things to come. The management has refused to honor our appliance addendum: First claiming they couldn't afford our dishwasher and garbage disposal, then claiming the appliances were ordered and were just taking long to be delivered to the office, then finally claiming the unit never had a dishwasher and garbage disposal and therefore we weren't entitled to them. When we showed them our appliance addendum the office manager told us to our face, that it doesn't matter what addendum says and we are not entitled to these appliances and that in fact none of their other units have them installed either, even though they were in the ad as well. They have also refused to replace the counter tops, which are stained, tagged on, cut up, and in one case detached. The refrigerator was not the original refrigerator that came with the unit, as we came to find out from the repair man who came to fix a leak in the fridge (as he was the person who delivered it) and the managers have refused to replace it even as it's falling apart. The light in the stair way is old and out of date and dangerous (something else the repair men told us, and the managers have yet to fix). It has been 9 months now, and we still haven't had any luck getting what we were promised The a/c sprung a leak and damaged the paint in the ceiling, all that was done was the repair man came and cut a hole in the paint and drained the leak... leaving a gash in the paint that is still there. Not to mention that for the past 4 months we have been getting none stop eviction notices (sometimes weekly) claiming we owe more each month. This past month we paid close to 2 months in rent and we still got a notice to evict. All the while getting threatening and rude phone calls from office manager Gretel. This person has got the be the rudest person I have ever met. In these trying financial times, Gretel and her team at April Realty have found a way to still be heartless and completely unsympathetic. Rather than offering help and working out payment plans when money is tight and times are desperate, they find it's better to constantly remind their tenants that if they don't pay they will be evicted and if they can't pay then that's their problem not theirs. Using these kind of scare tactics may be fine in a business setting, but when you're dealing with the general public it comes off as just plain evil and cold. When my wife and I left our life in Hollywood, we thought life would only get easier. After dealing with the people at April Realty, we realized LA is actually quite tame in comparison. So I plead to you, the good people of Yelp!, even if you are desperate to find a place to live and are lured in by their low rent... in the long run you will end up paying more than you can afford. You will be constantly bullied and threatened, without a hint of remorse. Mixed Review. I'd give 5 stars for maintenance and service while I lived there; 1 star for move-out. While I lived in my duplex, I had perfect service from April Realty. They always showed up promptly to fix major repairs. When my A/C went out, they took care of it quickly. For the most part, they also cleaned up their mess whenever they made repairs. Only once did they leave an awful mess after the repair. The duplex was very clean when I moved in; in good repair. I am very grateful to how they treated me while I lived there - no complaints whatsoever. I always paid my rent on time. Then comes move-out...I remember when getting employment verification upon move-in, my HR manager warned me against them (personal experience). She told me I wouldn't see any of my deposit back. She was right! Even though I paid a house-keeping service to do a deep-cleaning, April deducted for EVERYTHING. It was a waste for me to clean; I saw almost none of my deposit back. What really irked me is that I lived there for five years - I believe that property management is required to replace carpet after 3 years anyway, not at tenant expense. They should understand at least a little bit of depreciation after having a tenant live there for so long. Instead, I got penalized. They gave me 50% deductions, which I think is their way of "splitting the difference" with me, but I don't think that's actually legal. I think it's so I won't make a stink over it. And I won't make a stink over it. I moved out of state and don't have the energy or patience to fight the deposit. But there is ZERO incentive to leave the property in good shape, and that's unfortunate. There is NO point in leaving your property in good repair, as they will take most of your deposit anyway. We had a great experience with April Realty. I got offered a job at the end of September to move to Austin in under 3 weeks. Newlyweds with a family of 4 pets (3 dogs and 1 cat) were not exactly welcomed by majority of apartment locators in Austin. Many emails were returned with immediate no's. But April Realty was the only realtor who worked with leasing agents that welcome pet friendly homes. We were shown 4 homes and at the last minute a fifth apartment that wasn't even on the market yet. It was a big sized 2/2 with a backyard, garage and a friendly family oriented neighborhood. Our realtor was very helpful and patient with us, especially considering we lived 5 hours away and so much of the paperwork had to be done electronically through email and fax. Plus they gave us a very reasonable pet deposit that they separated into 4 easy payments where as I've encountered other apartments that want it all upfront. We've been very happy with our home and don't plan and moving from our neighborhood for awhile. And whenever we've had a concern about the property (leaky faucet, etc) which has only once or twice, they came out the next day. Be prepared though for providing cash for your deposit not a personal check or credit card. That caught us off guard but it worked out in the end. read more

I have a number of landlords and property management companies over the years and April Realty takes the bottom slot. They are prone to just send you a letter billing you for something rather than just calling to see what's up. They promised to replace the front door of our unit when we moved in since it was a little beaten up and they still haven't gotten around to it nearly 9 months later. When we call sometimes, the person who answers doesn't really care or doesn't want to take the time to figure out what's going on and who we should talk to. I'm looking forward to getting out of here. I don't plan on using April Realty again. read more

I've had plenty of problems with this company over the years, and my previous reviews provide all the details. All of the issues I've ever had stemmed from poor communication in their office amongst themselves. Messages not being given, me being given wrong information , etc. I've since learned what to expect and how to handle this aspect of their company effectively. You typically need to stay on the ball for them. I've never, ever, had an issue with maintenance. They have always fixed any problems we had within a reasonable amount of time and recently have even been pressuring the owner of our duplex to make needed repairs he flat refuses to do. David, the maintenance manager, is amazing. With this company it's all in who you talk to and how you approach. Lesson well learned and worth it, too. The front office girls have lost plenty of our work orders and messages. Stay on top of them, learn who your property manager is and speak to them directly. read more

Had I not walked through I may have been annoyed at all the repairs later in the statement. He did his best to keep costs low and took the time to chat with me on the properties and economy. Property owners may be well protected by this company, but I assure you PROPERTY RENTERS ARE NOT. We rented a duplex for my son's first experience in living on his own, and BOY, WAS THAT EVER A MISTAKE. To start with the property was in awful condition. Now I'll grant you, that the price was right, but it looked like they hadn't cleaned up after the last 50 tenants. There were: holes in the walls, scrapes in the paint, countertops, and cabinetry, lights missing, stains in the carpet, cracks in the windows (discovered long after move in), and other people's garbarge all over the place. We cleaned this place up, and when we decided to move our son back in at the end of his 1 year agreement, they lied about the intial condition of the property, kept our entire deposit, and were very rude to deal with. Most of the time, this company is okay. I'll admit that, upon moving in, our duplex was not in the best condition. I made sure to note every last detail on our move in inspection so *hopefully* we won't be docked for it when we move out. The appliances are a little dated, as are the fixtures, but overall livable. My main complaints are that the company has ZERO contact with you and they are super disorganized. If you email them, they don't respond. This past month, I logged into my PayLease account to pay for rent (my internet browser history shows it) and paid rent. Something within their system messed up and I did not receive a receipt. Two weeks later, rent still had not be taken out of my checking account. So me, being the decent person I am, called them to ask about it. The woman told me that I had not paid rent and thus had an additional $100 fee added on. As I couldn't prove that I had, indeed, paid and their system just messed up, I was forced to pay it. Despite the fact that they never called or mailed any notices that we were behind on rent. The only reason they even noticed we were late was because I called them. Hopefully this never happens again, but you can be sure I will be print screening every payment I make from now on. read more

I would genuinely recommend going elsewhere. We leased our property from them in December, as they were the only place we could find on short notice which allowed 3 dogs. The house has been fine for the most part, but they have the most restrictive lease I've ever read. When my fiancé got transferred, we had to surrender our full deposits, find new tenants, and were still "responsible" for the rent past our move out date. In total, it is costing us over $3,000 to move out early. I've never seen a lease clause written so aggressively, and perhaps that's why this house was vacant for so long before we signed the lease. TL;DR - house fine, good pet policy, if you have to move for any reason be prepared to spend A LOT. The tenants are not their customers, the property owners are. read more

TLDR; terrible company. Got bed bugs from their property. Enter contract at your own risk Terrible company. When we moved into our duplex it was bad. It was dirty, cabinets were filled with dirt, bugs, and unidentifiable goo that pretty much sealed them shut. Also There was an infestation of German roaches, spiders and various other insects and mice.. But that's not the end of it, we also got bed bugs immediately after moving in even though my roommates and I had never had a problem before and Hadn't traveled or anything else the warn you might have brought them in. We moved in in March and reported bed bugs soon after.. The unit didn't get treated until the end of August. This was after several phone calls, two inspections by "independent" pest control companies, and sending certified letters. We were forced to live in a house filled with bed bugs, potentially spreading them for 5 months, and still had to pay rent the whole time. To make things worse, they tried to get us to pay for the entire treatment saying they had never had a issue before we moved in, even though our neighbor said previous tenants were dirty and when they moved out they left all of their furniture and most of their belongings (a huge red flag something was bad). The "independent" pest company were also shady. The maintenance man from ARS and manager of J & J Pest Control, Monica hugged when they arrived at our house and discussed personal matters while inspecting our house. Clearly a conflict of interest, It's no surprise that her findings put ARS at 0% fault and us at 100%. Our lease ended May 31, and my roommates and I were ready to just get out of there and put it all (hopefully) behind us until my roommate called and was told we were required to give 30 tdays notice before moving out, even though we had spoken to the property owner who agreed to let us end the lease (early actually, but we decided to fulfill our contract). As if we would want to deal with this company any longer than we already had to. Over all terrible experience. I warn you not to do any business with them. And if you do DOCUMENT EVERYTHING... Every rent check, every phone call follow up with email as verbal notification of anything (including Maintenance request) isn't valid if it's not also in writing. This is one of the worst management companies I've seen - do not rent from them. They drag their feet to make repairs. They drag their feet to verify rental history for their tenants trying to rent a new place. They drag their feet paying comissions to outside brokerages. Their rude on the phone. They make excuses about how they're super busy with something like 90 properties or so. The property management company I work for has 500 properties and we do not have these problems. Best reality company I've ever dealt with! Unlike others I've always thought maintenance has gone above and beyond and is incredibly timely. Then today happened and they exceeded all expectations. I've been sick with the flu all week and my feeble little brain forgot that Saturday was the third. At three o'clock I'm dumping drawers out because I can't find an envelope and trying to rush to the post office before it closed. Then I tried to pay online (they could probably update that process) to no avail. We called this morning and David waived the late fees (which he definitely didn't have to do) plus he said we can just throw it in the mail. So luckily for me not only do I get to keep the extra money but I also don't have to use a new check, stamp, and pretty pink thank you card envelope! :) Thank you, David! This company is just awful. Do NOT rent here if you can avoid them! The fact that they are approved by the BBB is laughable. They treat tennants like garbage and never honor their promises. On top of that they are extremely rude and hostile! Your appliance addendum means nothing, they will promise repairs and never make them. After almost a year they finally said my unit never had a dishwasher... WTH is the big hole in my cabinets then? Don't do business with these people, they are totally crooked and dishonest. I went to check my credit report today and just saw a charge of $942 from this company. I paid a $600 deposit and didn't expect to get any of it back because none of the slumlords in Austin ever give anything back, but I at least expected to break even. I gave them the 30 day move out notice as requested and did not leave without making sure that I didn't owe them anything...then I see this credit report. I never received any kind of bill documenting these charges and I not only forwarded my mail, but went back by this residence to check and make sure there wasn't any residual mail from the move. The irony of all this is that they had another tenant living in my former residence within 2 weeks of my moving out so the place couldn't have been that damaged. In retrospect, this totally explains why I had trouble renting from other places prior to moving out. I found out that they were telling other realtors that I was late paying the rent and was ALMOST evicted. As I explained to them (April Realty) at the time, I was laid off, and it could take up to 6 weeks for my unemployment to begin. They didn't care, they sent me an eviction notice saying to be out on Christmas day. Totally heartless. My unemployment began in mid December and I got somewhat caught up enough to prevent eviction. Shortly after returning to work in January, I took money from my 401k to pay them the rest of what I owed them including late fees and eviction court fees. I ended up renting with them for 3-1/2 years and this is what I get. It was the last rent increase, 3 in 3 years, that made me realize it was time to move (I couldn't cover the rent with one paycheck and still had other bills to pay). If you do decide to go with them do so with caution, document everything, in writing and with pictures. But be warned, they will still figure out a way to screw you. UPDATE: I sent them a message over a year ago asking for documentation of the charges against me and of course I never got anything. Meanwhile these fraudulent charges remain on my credit report (which I am contesting) and continues to make it difficult for me to rent without doubling already steep deposits. Crooks. I have NEVER had something like this held against me in my 20 plus years of renting! So yes, I am VERY angry and won't just let them get away with this. I will keep contesting this until they come up with some reasonable agreement, it falls off of my credit report, or I die; whichever comes first! read more

My family and I moved into a rental home managed by ARS, and it was one of the worst decisions of our lives. Shortly after moving in, we discovered issues in the master bathroom with water leakage and notified ARS via e-mail. After months passed with no resolution, a tile fell out of the master bath/shower and exposed mold growth. We hired a mold inspector, who confirmed the active growth and exposed additional mold growth all over the home that had been covered up. There were wooden inserts placed inside several cabinet bottoms to cover up visible mold growth and water damage from the faucets above them. There was also visible mold growth found inside the duct work. None of this was disclosed in the mold portion of our lease, but the water damage from previously leaky faucets was pre-existing and being concealed from our view. As it turns out, mold and its biotoxins can wreak havoc on your health in far more ways than just a runny nose and some allergies. Its spores release neurotoxins, causing the hypothalamus to shut down. Now my family is facing replacing several thousands of dollars of furniture, mattresses, and family keepsakes that are contaminated by mold spores and their toxins, while we are fighting to regain our health. ARS does deserve 1 star though, and not just 0 stars. When we informed them of the pre-existing, undisclosed mold problem with the inspection report, we were immediately let out of our lease and got our entire deposit back. 4 years after I rented from them, I found out they have sent me to a collection agency. A balance they claim that I owe is now on my credit report. I fulfilled their lease, and even gave a written notice of vacating the premises. They are crooks through and through. I have reported them to the BBB and have retained a lawyer and will go forward in court. I have also requested in writing documents proving I owe the balance. That was a month ago. To date I have not received anything. I requested they respond via USPS according the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I have received one call from their office. They clearly do not know who they are dealing with. I will pursue this until one of us drops dead. They are nothing but crooks and shysters. read more

This is one of the worst management companies. They are charging me fees after I moved out that I called for maintenence months before I moved out. I was harassed, treated terribly, lied to, and manipulated by this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I would call to speak to a manager, and a RUDE woman would jump on the phone and act like I wasn't worth anything. My walk through for when I moved in was detailed and they apparently lost it. My wife and I tried to rent a house from this company from out of town...BIG MISTAKE! After jumping through extraordinary hoops, filling out their application twice (because the first one wasn't on legal paper), and then overnighting $1400+ in money orders to them, they didn't even process our application! Apparently someone walked through the door just hours before our checks arrived. Furthermore, this agency has been less than helpful/professional in dealing with our realtor. I have some things I wanted to point out since my move-in: -Master Bathroom shower was not cleaned at all -Downstairs ceiling fan was broken -2 of the downstairs lights were out in the kitchen -Master Bedroom Ceiling Fan was broken -Garage Door was broken -Master Bedroom has problems with putting out enough power for the devices that are connected in the room. -Maintenance team is incredibly unresponsive when it comes to work orders and giving us, the tenants, an update on the status. -Even after a call with Mary about having a maintenance personnel call me asap with an update, no call was received during the entire day. Being a real estate agent for over 5 years, I realize that there may be complications when it comes to work orders, and I try to be understanding about it. If someone else besides myself needs a maintenance personnel to come out to look at an emergency, I'm all for that. However, when it comes to me having to take 5 days off of work because the maintenance person keeps having to postpone their work-order for my property, I have little patience. These were some of the updates I received and what actually took place. Update: "Someone will be out there on Monday to check on the downstairs ceiling from the leak" -Mary What really happened: No one followed up and I have become complacent on not following up. As per our lease agreement, my job as a tenant was to notify the property management company. Whatever you guys decide to do from this point on is on your dollar. I will not be responsible if the damage on the ceiling has spread due to an unresponsive property management company. Even worse, if mold begins to spread, I will hold the property management company responsible for ignoring a hazardous living environment for its tenants. Update: "I'll be there between 9-10 am to replace the ceiling fan" -Juan What really happened: The maintenance personnel did not show up all day. When I called him at 4:53 pm, he said that he won't be able to make it that day because he was called in for a different work order. I understand that this may happen, but how is it that the update was given to me 7 hours after I was expecting someone? I specifically asked the person the day before that I need to have some updates via phone/text in a timely manner so that I'm not homebound all day. Update: "The garage guy should be giving you a call within 5-10 minutes" -Juan What really happened: I did not get a call from the garage guy until 2 full days later. When the call did come in, he asked if he could come by the next day instead because his wife was sick in San Antonio. I told him to take care of his wife and to come the next day. The next morning, the garage guy sent me a text saying he was on his way and was extremely helpful upon arrival. Bravo on his work ethic. According to him, he did not get the work order from the property management company until 10 minutes before he called. My question is, why was I told that I'd be getting a call from the garage guy in 5-10 minutes when he wasn't even given the work order until 2 days later? Update: "I'll have a person call you as soon as possible to give you an update" -Mary What really happened: No one gave me a follow-up call that entire day. As per usual, I was left hanging. Update: "I'll come out tomorrow morning to replace the lights in the kitchen" What really happened: No show in the morning and no updates until I called later in the afternoon. The update at that point was that the ceiling fan was no longer being carried by Lowe's and that he had to special order it--I don't understand this either because the ceiling fan is not the same as the one before. Why not buy a different one from the get go and not have to postpone the work order for over 4 days? There were no updates on the kitchen lights. I just spoke to David in the office about the work order that needs to be submitted for the power shortage in the Master Bedroom. According to Juan, it may just be that the circuit breaker for the Master Bedroom needs to be replaced with a 30 amp one. I realize that I don't have to be at the property when the maintenance people are here, but since I am not comfortable with that, I have had to take the last 5 days off due to unfulfilled updates from the company's maintenance team. I hope that this review will give this company an update on the poor workflows of their maintenance team and I hope that they will be addressed soon. Whenever I called with an issue, the phone was always answered professionally and courteously. And their service personnel were always prompt, friendly and willing to go that extra step to make us happy. I have been doing business with April Realty for YEARS. They are the best at what they do. Despite the other reviews I have read, David and his team actually care about their tenants. David himself is one of the kindest people I have ever met and I have referred MANY of my friends to ARS and each one of them has thanked me for recommending them. I have been in my unit for several years and I do not see any need to vacate any time soon. This has got to be the worst excuse for a management company. I moved in to a filthy house and at 8 months pregnant with no help, I was NOT HAPPY. When I called them to correct the problem, they sent someone over for a "wipe down." Before I rented the property, they had someone steam the carpets with tons of chemicals. Being in the house was almost impossible and the guy didn't even bother vacuuming the carpet before, so he essentially made MUD with all the dust. When I complained about the state of the carpets and various other problems, I NEVER got a response. I called three times to follow up and no one even bothered to call back. I've never in my life experienced such incompetence. read more

Having sold my home and renting again was seriously nerve racking. I looked for many places that were just not right for my family. Having almost lost hope, we finally found a lovely place. Mary at April Realty was so nice and helpful and made us feel like we were making a good safe choice by renting one of their properties. She was professional and in contact with me through the whole process. The property we liked needed siding repairs and some minor plumbing repairs but we had to get out of our sold home fast. The night before we moved in the repairs had already begun. Randy and Joaquin were already there the very next day, and during the Christmas season! They worked quickly together, professionally, and just about finished up before Christmas! Two days after Christma they had finished the length of the house AND painted! They even helped me stack my own moving boxes and they swept my patio. We had our first holiday in the new house and my fears about renting again are completely gone. The absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with and I have rented apartments and houses for 20 years. When we first moved in and did our inspection walk through I noted that every single room in the house had chips in the paint and smudges on the walls, there was even mismatched paint around the garage door in the inside of the house. We emailed them a power point with pictures to back up what we notated on the check list. I also notated how worn and dirty the carpeting was. There were holes in the walls everywhere and nails all over. In the one year we lived in the rental, we only hung one picture. We had a cleaning crew of 4 people come in and clean, we also had the carpets cleaned and had a pet treatment done, since I was told if I had it done we wouldn't be charged for that, that happened to be a lie, we were charged and charged double what it costs to clean carpets that were already cleaned. I gave April Realty my receipt, thank goodness I made a copy. When I picked up the return deposit, they charged us for re-painting, when it is clear they didn't paint before we moved in! They also charged us a janitorial fee but they won't produce an itemized list of what was supposedly cleaned by them. They gave us pictures of "pet stains" that couldn't have been made by cats, perhaps a large dog but not cats, and the location of the stain is somewhere that had been covered by boxes the ENTIRE time we lived there, as we used that room for storage. They refuse to give the owners contact info, the guy at the front desk says to email him and he will put it on David Allen's desk, however I am not holding my breath. They will be receiving a certified letter in the mail with our intent to take legal action. read more

UNDER APRIL REALTY SERVICES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MY PROPERTY LOSS THE LAST SIX MONTHS ALONE IS OVER $12,000. From my experience after reviewing the time April Realty Services managed my property I feel and am certain they lack professionalism and very disheartening lack trust. Maintenance is extremely overpriced, and "in-house." I've come to realize after researching it would have been cheaper and better quality to have a 3rd party involved. An actual practice the majority of other management companies follow (including the new management company I recently chose). I feel April Realty has cut corners at my expense and they have not had my best interest in mind. I understand this is my opinion however I highly recommend reaching out to me I will be happy to discuss in great detail, timeline of events, with paperwork, photos, and an open honest discussion what has transpired while April Realty Services managed my property. read more

David at April Realty has to be the nicest person ever to deal with. I have no clue what all these other reviews are about because I have NEVER had an issue with them. I have lived at my residence for 4 years now and maintenance has never been an issue, communicating with the office has never been an issue, I've never been charged any odd fees for anything etc...in fact, when my air conditioning went out a few weeks ago close to closing time, I called the office to see what they could do and they were going to ask one of the maintenance men to stay late to come over and fix it so we wouldn't be miserable all night! While waiting, David personally called me to check on us to see if we were okay and see if he could help in any way, he actually figured out the problem after asking me a few questions and we were able to resolve it over the phone. I was so gracious that he actually took the time to call me himself! I'm really hoping the deposit is not an issue when I move out like I've been reading on here from other tenants! read more

By far the WORST property management company in Austin. They are very unprofessional and will attempt to stick you with extra charges whenever given the opportunity. The old maintenance man is probably lost somewhere - he is possibly the dumbest employee on staff. Stay away from any property they "manage." read more
