But this time the timing worked out and they did a very good job. Dane is very professional and the two guys that dis the initial cleaning were not very detail oriented and didn't do things in an efficient way. For one thing, they put all the small tables and miscellaneous things on top of the beds. They sbould have put them in the living room which has hardwood floors. They worked hard cleaning but they didn't bother to check for any stains or spots they missed. When Dane came, I pointed out to him several spots and traffic areas that didn't get cleaned well. Dane went over again and cleaned all the areas that did not get cleaned properly. I will definitely use him again but I am going to check all the areas after they are done and make sure they did not leave any areas unclean. Their prices are competetive and a good value considering everything is getting pricier by the day.

Franky showed up within a day at a time that worked for me and took the steps needed to make sure the mattress could be treated with the extra hot water his vehicle provided, so he carried it out to the vehicle and cleaned it.
