I went on a Friday evening unsure of how busy it would be. The store was not busy at all, I was able to go to the Amazon returns counter and not stand in a line. The girl working the returns DID talk on her personal phone the entire time, but I don't think that's a reflection on Kohl's. The parking lot could use an upgrade in lighting, but the store itself was clean and organized. The employees were friendly and they had the shoes I wanted in stock!

This Kohl's location was offering sixty percent (60%) discounts on Samsonite and American Tourist luggage. Please note that the luggage section is located towards the rear of Kohl's. I immediately found the Samsonite luggage, but there was a security tag on the zipper preventing my inspection. I sought out a Kohl's employee to assist with the Samsonite luggage inspection. The Kohl's employee escorted me to a cashier who removed the security tag. I inspected the Samsonite luggage and found it acceptable to purchase. I then got on the Kohl's checkout line. Please note Kohl's checkout line was long, but it is worth it for the savings. I was honored to have Kohl's employee: Jennifer B. as my cashier. Jennifer B. offered me to sign up for Kohl's credit card to receive additional discounts. I declined Kohl's credit card offer. I received the sixty percent (60%) for the Samsonite luggage purchase. My friend checked out at another register and received an additional Kohl's discount due to a family members' account. Jennifer B. was made aware of the additional discount and escorted me to Kohl's Customer Service. Jennifer B. requested my friends' family member account information and applied it to my recent purchase. I received an additional discount on my Samsonite luggage purchase. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided at this Kohl's location. It was well worth the trip from Baltimore, MD.

I'm not trying to impress anyone with my fashion sense, or lack thereof. I sit all the time, and womens' shorts just don't fit me. I don't know how so many people can be comfortable wearing shorts that ride up their butts (or other places). I'm not going to be miserable for strangers. However, all my boxers have been through the dryer so many times that the elastic is losing its will to be snug, so I have started a mission to replace them so they don't fall off my ass in bed. Jeremy likes it, but again, it's not really comfortable to wake up and find your shorts around your knees. I've never been to a Marshalls, so I actually looked them up online to make sure that they sold underwear. They were being optimistic on the website, I suppose because I couldn't find any mens' underwear. And the panties section was laughable. I may be 48-years-old but I'm not interested in floppy-butt, loose-fitting granny panties. I want something cute, not something that looks like something my grandmother crocheted for the sidetable. There's security in this store. I don't know who would steal from this place. There's nothing worth buying here. It's like a thrift store. It's like the struggle bus version of HomeGoods, or Big Lots, or one of those sells-a-little-of-everything stores. I don't know if this is true of all Marshall's or if this location is particularly depressing because it's in the Golden Ring area. I left empty-handed. The mission continues.

She is issuing me a gift card. I don't understand why Viola could not issue me a gift card or my money back on my card. Oh I forgot, the pants were purchased 6/21/26 and I tried to return them 6/28/26 I had the receipt and tags. The Marshall's at 8641 Philadelphia Rd Baltimorewhere Viola works DID NOT HELP ME!

He allegedly called her "white trash," a "white bitch" and a "tweaker" among other things. He allegedly followed her into the parking lot after she left, allegedly stood infront of her car, and ran his mouth more; all because he didn't believe certain items coming up $0.01 should be coming up $0.01 and he allegedly accused her of somehow causing the price for the literal clearance items. I spotted a man a fair bit taller than me, and likely heavier than me. I approached this man when no one else came out after a few minutes of walking the store, and I asked to speak to the General Manager or Owner. He said he was the only employee on shiftband wanted to know ehy I requested the owner. I began to explain what my mother alleged happened to her, and he claimed he was the employee in question I let him explain his version of events before beginning to question them. He kept his cool and accused my mother of being a liar... then asked if I saw the video. I told him that I had seen the video, and he in turn asked me to leave the store. I asked his name, he refused to divulge it and was not wearing a name tag. He again asked me to leave, and I began to leave while asking him why he was being so polite and getting rid of me so fast, just because I saw the video. He didn't like that and became rude, starting to show me the side he allegedly showed my mother. I complied with his request to leave, but pointed out that he still wasn't speaking to me in the aggressive, racist way he spoke to my mother. I told him it's because I'm a young man, and not an elderly woman. He immediately became hostile and changed his entire frame of mind, and way of speaking... I was now seeing what my mother saw without the hate speech. I was amused by the difference in his demeanor, and told him I was an experienced fighter, but I have the discipline not to hurt him just for acting that way, or the way he treated my mother. I walked out, smiles and laughs... knowing she wants him charged and that Family Dollar is legally liable for his previous behavior. I wasn't going to give him what he needed... but I really found it fascinating that I hurt his pride so easily. I had wanted to see the real him and he easily obliged from so little. He locked the door and told me thru a locked door that he gets off work at 10 PM, and that he'll beat my ass if I come back then. I replied "just try to do it now. Stop talking and do it, they'll fire you for attacking me now or at 10 pm." He was not about it, and I'm certainly not going back there at 10 pm. The courage he found behind a locked door was hilarious, and the lack of control he had despite knowing it was a bad idea to threaten me after what he did to my mother really showed that the man has no control when his ego takes over. I was leaving and a bystander asked what happened. I explained it to the bystander, and the employee came back out to run his mouth after he riled up some customers that didn't witness the incident, and had them siding with him thru whatever he said beyond my ears reach. They stayed inside but supported the man thru their demeanor and interactions while he ran his mouth about me to the bystander outsider. The employee claimed I threatened him, which I had not actually done at any point. Merely pointing out that he was being fake with me, until he revealed his ego, wasn't a threat by me. Having fighting experience and saying it after someone starts to be disrespectful, as a warning of caution not to do something stupid is not a threat. Watching him deny to the customer that he told me to return at 10 pm, or that he threatened me... showed me that he is everything my mother claimed. This review only comes down if the owner contacts me, verified thru corporate. Legal action with full chain of liability is pending from my mother, unless he is fired for his previous hate speech filed interaction with her.

Eastpoint Mall will close on August 31st, 2026. What's sad is this mall is not dead; it's very far…read morefrom it. National anchors include Gabe's and JCPenney, with local businesses occupying other anchor spaces. The interior is filled with many local businesses, some of which have started closing sales. It has a food court that was busy during my stop and still has food stands. The mall does have a basement, which has office space, and Ultrazone Baltimore, a Lazer tag place that also has arcade machines. Office space also exists above the food court, but that was largely empty. The condition of the mall overall was good with the plants still being watered. While the mall does look dated, I could find no reason the owners would want to shut it down. This is an alive, almost vibrant mall that by the end of August will be no more. It's a real shame.

I grew up in Dundalk. My grandmother used to take me to Eastpoint as a child. I went to see Santa…read morethere, the Easter Bunny. A hundred stores must have come and gone since then. It's a sad shell of a space now. To think there used to be penguins and monkeys there. Eastpoint is now a popular local meme: "If Eastpoint Mall hasn't given up neither should you"... However, several stores and kiosks are still decorated for Christmas and it's August, so I don't know about the "not giving up" part. I have never seen so many downtrodden employees, lounging in empty stores, scrolling aimlessly through their phones. They know no one is coming to save them from the relentless boredom. Someone will rob one of the jewelry stores, if they're lucky. There are three food stalls in the food court: a Japanese place that doesn't give samples (I grew up having sample givers chase us through half the food court), a chicken box/fish spot, and the pizza place that has been there since the dawn of time. Nothing substantial. Definitely nothing that could be called a national chain. Want a cheeseburger? You're going to have to leave the mall and walk across the parking lot to McDonald's. JC Penney is the only anchor store, which never bodes well. Value City is gone. I swear my mom must have bought 90% of her furniture there. Remember when there was an Ames there? Or the Kmart? There's a haunted house in that space now. How very Dundalk. What other mall do you know that has a haunted house in it? There wasn't anything that I particularly wanted to buy out in the mall. I like to take a spin through about once a year. Watch the slow decay of yet another happy memory of my childhood (we used to go to the Friendly's there - it was across from the Brass Hen - and that's where I learned I love black raspberry ice cream, for example). I won't be surprised when it finally closes. I'll be sad, but that's the fall of capitalism for you. It's a race to the ultimate finish line between Eastpoint and Marley Station in Glen Bernie. It'll be interesting to see which survives the longest.
