    The worst Walmart anywhere! I stopped for few household items and they didn't have anything on my list. I asked several associates for assistance and they all acted as if I was bothering them. I ended up giving and left with just a few Mother's Day cards. However, when I got to the registers, they had 5 of 22 registers open. The lines were down the aisles. It took me 20 minutes to check out with three cards. Ridiculous! I will stick to the Carroll Island location from now on. One positive note, when I finally got to the register, the checkout lady was very friendly despite the conditions she was working under. Thank you Tay!

    Beware of Walmart delivery

    I ordered a Keurig from Walmart. This is the box of trash I received instead of Keurig coffee maker. Disgraceful! Either Fedx driver stole it or someone from Walmart replaced coffee maker at Walmart. Walmart customer service was no help. I will never ever order from Walmart again!

    How not to wear a mask.

    Well priced Gala apples but stocked by an employee with his nose sticking out of his mask. All the customers are masked properly but not the workI walked through the store to collect my items I was nearly run down by an employee stocking the shelves. After counting 5 employees stocking shelves around 9:10 am with their mask only over there mouth, I dropped my hands full of items, and lost trust in this store and left.

    There's apparently a lot that goes down in the detergent aisle.

    Hire more people. Open all of the cash registers. Put experienced people on the registers. These lines are RIDICULOUS.

    Never stocked, disorganized, always long checkout lines. Customer service throughout the store needs a lot of work.

    Always crowded. Never enough cashiers or lines open. Staff is mediocre.. not consistent with friendlies n helpfulness but hey it's Wal-Mart.

The manager came and We told him we needed to try on the shirt we wanted to buy. The manage said ,stop opening up HIS shirts. If we were going to open the one we liked, He told us to clean up the mess( meaning pins,paper wrapping, from the packaging. Yeah low prices ,for name brand damaged goods. They try to hide that fact. By not allowing male customer to look inside the package. Horrible men working there. One cashier didn't give us our change, didn't give us our merchandise. He seemed zonked-out. Spent $300+ , for an event,but willl not go there ever again.

    I shop online. So let me share. I purchased 10 items from Nordstrom. All shipments included a…read morereturn label. It is a pain free process. I purchased from Soma different items and paid with PayPal. Before the final click completing the purchase Soma tells you clearly returns for items purchased online with PayPal must be returned by mail. Perfect I understand before I complete the transaction my return options. Now onto Loft. I purchased three items online. All beach coverups. I then went to return all three. I attempt to use the online system however Loft has designed the online return procedures to make it as difficult as possible. But I note it will cost me $ 7.95 to return by mail and free to go to the store. Once in the store I deliver my unworn items with tags in the original packages. I am told swimwear cannot be returned in the store. I am forced then to pay the return fee and once again try to navigate a deceptive system designed to frustrate a consumer and thus the Return is never complete. That's my first issue. When you are shopping on line it is not made even remotely clear the return policy. Frankly you have to go to three areas of the website to see what the return policy is on swimwear. On the receipt finding the policy at the bottom in the smallest font possible again hides the policy. I find this appalling. Surely all retailers have their own policy. However consumers should be able to understand the policy in a clear openly designed system. I will pay the return costs. I will never shop at Loft, Ann Taylor or any of their companies again. Here I come Nordstrom.
