Now the bread was Texas toast, so it was plenty thick with just the two slices. I had them add American cheese to this and it really was a very good sandwich. The fries were tasty as well. Overall, this was a very good experience, and I would be happy to stop by if I am ever in the area again. I thought it was well worth the price.

There were 4 different soups to choose from and all of the normal salad bar items. The pickled beets were really good. The skin of the fried chicken was soft from being in the steam table. When I contacted the owner to let them know about our experience, the response was disappointing. The owner said, "I don't know what to do with this information. I'll have to talk to my manager." I explained that we were from out of town and that this breakfast was the only meal shared by the people who became sick. The owner suggested it could have been a virus from a few days earlier. I understand that foodborne illness can be difficult to confirm definitively, and I'm not claiming certainty about the cause.
