Booking was smooth--whoever answered the phone was helpful and made scheduling a 90-minute massage for my husband and me easy. Unfortunately, things changed upon arrival. It became clear the person handling calls isn't on-site, as one masseuse didn't even know we had an appointment. We had requested traditional Thai massage, but only one of their three rooms had the bars needed for that style. As a result, only one of us could receive the service we booked, which was frustrating after driving a fair distance. We were also charged more upon arrival than what was quoted over the phone, which felt like a bait-and-switch. A 90-minute massage is $100, and they recommend a minimum $30 tip. That's a 30% baseline, which we already felt was excessive. But what truly crossed the line was how the staff handled it: when my husband declined to pay the full 30%, the masseuse became aggressive and tried to pressure him into paying even more. He stood firm and refused, but the encounter was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. My husband also described the massage itself as average and underwhelming, which added to the overall disappointment. Pretty standard place. The massage rooms are clean and the therapists are nice, but walls between rooms don't go to the ceiling so you're hearing EVERYTHING going on in the next room. Probably not what you want when you're there for a relaxing massage. read more
