    Iced Mocha Milo Latte

Mayari Cafe is more than just coffee--it's culture, intention, and heart poured into every cup. I absolutely love how Filipino heritage is thoughtfully woven into the menu, especially knowing the beans are sourced directly from the Philippines. You can genuinely taste the care and connection behind each drink. What stands out most to me is the balance. I don't enjoy overly sweet coffee, and Mayari gets it just right every single time. The flavors are beautifully layered without overpowering the coffee itself. You still taste the richness and depth of the beans -- the syrups and flavor infusions complement rather than dominate. The mixing and proportions are truly spot on. Everything feels intentional, smooth, and crafted with care -- never trendy just for the sake of it, and never over the top. She and her husband also hosts pop-ups (which you can find posted on her Instagram schedule), and she offers convenient drive-up orders by simply sending her a DM through her Instagram profile @mayaricoffee. It makes supporting small business feel personal and easy. If you appreciate culturally rooted coffee, thoughtfully sourced beans, and perfectly balanced flavors, Mayari Cafe is absolutely worth checking out.

Omg... YUMMMMMM!!!! I'm sad because my drink didn't make it past the stop light before I finished and they're already closed for the day :( I got the Turon Latte and it's honestly the best I've ever had! This was my first time giving them a try and I am so glad that I did! Sweet people and a unique flavor that's unmatched thus far. I'll definitely be going back to try all of what's on their menu! My current fave is the Turon Latte! They never disappoint! It has a smooth, rich, and the perfect hint of sweet banana flavor without being overpowering. Such a unique and delicious drink!

Very friendly people who make great drinks! I'm on a mission to try all of their lattes and coffees, but so far, I'm obsessed with the Island Way Latte and the Turon Iced latte. I love the fun menu and their seasonal drinks too like the Milo Mocha drink. They're keeping the community caffeinated and happy, for sure.

Mayari coffee is amazing! The flavors are delicious and it's hard to choose just one. I go back and forth between their coffee and matcha (both are so good!). Love supporting their small business!

Walking in, the space has those hometown, community vibes you would hope would make you feel comfortable and welcome. The shop is also surprisingly spacious for a coffee shop, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the experience itself was not what I expected. It wasn't a particularly busy morning, and there were at least four baristas behind the counter, yet my husband and I waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks. Our pastries came out fairly quickly, but that meant we had to eat them separately rather than enjoying them with our coffee. To make matters worse, my croissant tasted burnt. Yuck. When I finally heard my name called, I walked up to the counter and saw two drinks sitting there. Since neither was labeled, I politely asked the barista which drink was which. Instead of simply helping me, she responded, "I haven't made yours yet," with a pretty obvious attitude. It was an unnecessarily rude interaction and definitely didn't make me feel welcome. I went back to my seat and ended up waiting another five minutes for our drinks. And unfortunately, the coffee itself didn't make up for the wait. I ordered the salted maple latte, and my husband had the French vanilla latte. Both were mediocre at best and left us pretty underwhelmed. Overall, I really wanted to like this place, especially because of its cute atmosphere and convenient location. But between the long wait, burnt pastry, unfriendly service, and disappointing coffee, our first experience was not a good one. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I've gone through half of the menu and have enjoyed every drink for what they are, but have started to gravitate towards my standard Horchata Latte for coffee or Matcha Meets Fresa for something more refreshing (helps that most of my friends also gravitate towards the matcha too so I'll usually be ordering 2+ for the group). Always impressed by their choices for the seasonal menu so it keeps things fresh in the kitchen and for the customers.

I took a look at the menu and decided on getting the Matcha Meets Fresca and chilaquiles. The Matcha was actually pretty good. And the Chilaquiles were decent however I can tell the green salsa is not a fresh salsa. I also did not care for the chicken. It tasted like pre-cooked chicken that had been warmed up. The chips were very crispy however. I think it's a great option for folks in the area, however I would not return given it's not located in my community and can find not your preferred closer to me. There were folks in their meeting and working and although it may be a little noisy, it is a great option to work from. They also have tables outside which I found were nice and provide a more quieter space

A weird experience but the effort is appreciated…read more Came in one weekend out of convenience, we were driving around the area and my gf highly recommended it. We parked and noticed nearly all the lights were off. The pastry cabinet was empty, the tables were taped off. But people were inside and customers were in line. Emotions and energy were low, it was quiet and dim vibes all around. We walk in and see just one man working the cashier and making the drinks. He looked puzzled, a bit lost. We get in line behind someone ordering 4+ drinks and see that this guy didn't really know how to make the drinks. He was misplacing the ingredients and wasn't fully confident operating the payment system. The back counter was cluttered with miscellaneous gadgets, appliances, and syrups. It took nearly 20 minutes for the customer in front of us to get from ordering to receiving their drinks and we just watched in slight awe. The guy was apologetic and upfront, he was trying his best in a bad situation. They made some small talk and hinted that they were closing due to supply chain disruptions in Hawaii. I feel for them and wish them well. The coffee itself was ok. Flavor was decent but somewhat unremarkable. They offer different caffeine levels, up to I think 400mg in a drink. I just got the 200mg coffee. Don't know if I just built a tolerance but I fell asleep right after. We did want a pastry but with the baked goods cabinet empty, we weren't sure what they had left to offer. There was a long sign listing everything sold out between the pastries and coffee flavors. Overall the experience was odd and left a slightly bitter emotional taste in my mouth. They've acknowledged that they weren't in the best condition at that point and I do feel unfair to judge them at their worst. If they turn it around, I'm opening to revisiting. But for now, I don't feel compelled to go out of my way for it.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the poor customer service from one of the young ladies working there. She made my daughter and me feel very uncomfortable when we asked if one of the teas could be changed because it was too thick and sweet for my daughter's liking. Instead of simply trying to take care of the situation, she immediately said "NO" and made a disgusted face. Thankfully, Jeff stepped in, saved the day, and offered to make us a new drink. As a multiple-business owner myself, Jeff is exactly the type of employee I would want representing my business. He understood customer service and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the other young lady. Her attitude and facial expressions were completely unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable enough that even my daughter felt as though she had done something wrong simply for asking. Great teas, and thank you to Jeff for turning an unpleasant situation around.
