[[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop's set up is really cute, there's one table outside and it kind of feels like you're pulling up to someone's homey shack.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Based on what I've seen it looks like it's just run by one very nice lady -- the service time was fair and luckily I was the only person in the drive thru at the time. But I would maybe take that into account if you are going during rush hour. I would highly recommend the Chunky Monkey frappe especially if you are a fan of banana coffee. This spot is in the parking lot at a pop up shop with a drive thru service. The service here was fast and the lady was kind, however I did feel really rushed to order when it was my first time there and I wanted to look at the menu at my own pace. I asked for oat milk in my latte and it was a $1.50 upcharge, however I can taste the cardboardy type of aftertaste from it that I dislike from some oat milks. I can see the convenience of this drive through spot but not a place for me. read more

I've been going to this coffee shop for over 25 years way back then when she had her shop in spring valley and I'm so glad she's closer to me now. But I would definitely follow her wherever she goes because her coffee and service is excellent. The owner is the friendliest lady and her coffee and smoothies are delicious. I love all the varieties she offers. Unique flavors and my favorite is the kahlua creme breve blended. Prices are reasonable and her coffee blows all the other chain coffee places out of the water hands down! Come support this sweet lady's business! I've driven past this cute little coffee drive thru for over a year. I wish I didn't wait so long because the coffee here is SO GOOD. The quality is amazing. From smoothness's to sweetness balance, I loved both drinks we ordered. The menu is huge and the prices are great. I'm already looking forward to trying something else on the menu. The barista, who I believe is the owner, was so sweet and is able to customize your drink however you like it. She also made sure we liked our drinks before driving off. Stumbled across this small drive thru coffee shop and I am obsessed!! Not only is the owner a sweet nice lady, but she is FAST for being the only one working there. I had NO idea they had a punch card here but I'm going to have to go back and get more drinks!!! So far I've tried: Mexican mocha, snickers frappe, and a horchata latte. This place has an Almond Joy Latte which I would enjoy very much in the past. Although recently when I ordered it I didn't get the forward flavors of the Almond Joy like I did in the past. I also found it a bit pricy this time around. Maybe I'll give it another try. read more

I come here purely for the convenience of the drive through and the Venmo option. Coffee is pretty good but I only order the Mexican mocha. I do try the regular mocha and they make it with Hershey syrup. No thanks. The owner is not pleasant at all. Big time chip on her shoulder. I don't understand. Worst experience I've had at a coffee shop. My friend was blatantly overcharged -- $9.50 for a small coffee, with no disclosure until we checked the bank later. When my friend specifically asked multiple times for oat milk, the barista ignored her and poured whole milk instead. When confronted, she got defensive and rude, trying to blame my friend instead of simply admitting the mistake. To make it worse, when the milk carton ran out, she literally added just a tablespoon of milk and still charged full price. The unprofessional attitude, dishonesty with pricing, and total lack of customer respect were shocking. There are plenty of good coffee spots that don't treat people this way -- this is not one of them. Do not support this business. Disgusting attitude I have never seen such audacity in my life when we were normal and kind. read more

This was my second time trying this place the first time I received cold treatment, thought maybe it was the moon,--so we went back, the owner is foul --we pulled up and was having a whole personal conversation with her co workers or whoever, just as she was going to attend to our order. First She acknowledged us and we let her know we are not ready --while we are making sure there's no one waiting behind us--her next question a mini second later asked us again what do you want we said we're not ready and then asked well what do you think you're going to want we circled around because we were not ready and feeling pressured. when we were ready she walked up to us asked a question and that's when she proceeded to give us her back and have a whole conversation with someone else, side talking for over a minute then a minute or two later took our order. When it was time time to pay demanded are we tipping? As we were paying she said "hurry up and leave I have people waiting " because a car had pulled when she was making the disgusting coffee. She did, yes ma'am! The pumpkin latte I ordered tasted awful, and when I politely asked if I could switch to a different drink, the barista blamed me for "not liking the taste" and insisted no one else complains about her coffee. She eventually said she'd make me another drink, but still charged me again! On top of that, she was very disrespectful, confrontational, and acted like she wanted to intimidate me--even though I remained polite. I will never come back. This is my first time visiting/ driving thru. The lovely lady who asked for my order was very welcoming! She even gave the look of "just a minute" to another (seemed to be) a regular customer who walked up before I pulled up in my car. She was patient as I looked over her coffee menu since it was my first visit. It was a nice visit because I didn't talk into a speaker, there was no line, and most importantly, the latte I ordered was delicious and the right temperature. The reason for the a 4 star vs a 5 star review was because the pastries seemed limited. I ordered a blueberry muffin which was ok. I've been here about 15 times according to my punch cards. I'm bummed I've never wrote a review about them earlier. This is definitely a hidden gem of bonita! Numerous times I have driven past the "Drive Thru coffee" signs thinking nothing of them, but so glad I did one morning. Coffee here is delicious! I love the polar bear! They also have kids drinks and smoothies! The owner is a total sweet heart! Yes that is her pic drawn on the sign. I had to ask one day if that was her just because her hair was similar. LOL.
