The lady behind the counter was nice enough, typical MidWest hospitality although it was 21 questions ranging from address, car size, insurance, roadside assistance, Sirius XM and petrol refueling options.... Once at the lot, the talented Gen Z showed me my options. Booked a "Standard" and seems like I got myself a "Intermediate" Hyundai Elantra Limited. Vehicle had 3/4 tank of petrol at pick up. Informed the staff at checkout and the staff claimed to just bring it back empty. Interestingly enough, my contract stated that the car had 10.6 gallons of petrol at checkout, on a 12.6 gallon tank. In the spirit of minimizing any conflict, brought the car back full. The returns agent was helpful enough. Surprisingly the question asked was if I was happy with the service...

This Milwaukee Airport location gave me a car that was 300+ miles overdue for service. There was a mechanical problem and the only solution was for me to call a tow truck and get an Uber to where I needed to go. To add insult to injury, after dealing with this, they wanted me to drive the car back to the airport to have the oil changed! The service rep then told me to compensate me, he would extend the Rental for 3 days, to make up for the 3 days I could not use it. What he did NOT DISCLOSE, was that there was an additional $225.00 charge! Since they had my credit card, they just added it to my bill, despite my disagreement! Stay away from this Alamo/Enterprise location!
