I brought him inside and waited 10 minutes, but then I noticed he was panting strangely. I picked him up and rushed him (safely) through school-release traffic, arriving at the vet in 8 minutes since they are very close to me. When I arrived, I rushed inside and told them my dog was having serious issues. There were four people inside: the regular veterinarian who prescribes my dog's medication and three front desk staff. There were also no other pets in the clinic at the time. Without hesitation, one of the front desk ladies handed me a card and told me I needed to take him to the emergency vet. I went to my car but then thought about it and went back inside to ask if anyone could look at my dog because he looked like he was dying (my exact words), and the emergency vet was 30 minutes away. Without hesitation, she said they couldn't do anything and sent me on my way as the rest of the staff walked to the back. Frantically, I drove 20 minutes to the emergency vet, using my hazard lights and periodically patting my dog, looking into his eyes, and telling him he would be okay. Sadly, when I arrived at the ER, they pronounced him dead due to a blood clot caused by the heat. They also agreed that Allied should have at least checked my dog to see if there was anything they could do. It's a heartbreaking day, and I would never recommend this place. Their medication is overpriced, and they do the bare minimum.

The covers on these bags--the "protection"--they were stuck. They didn't work! They let in all the rain. Total contamination. * The Quality: You want clean soil, you want the best mulch, but you get a polluted disaster. It's a rigged bag! * The Delivery: No phone call. Zero. They just show up whenever they want. No respect for my time! I like people who call, okay? These people, they just drop and run. Very low energy. My Final Verdict They don't know how to package, they don't know how to communicate, and they certainly don't know how to win.

So when I was having a problem with my chainsaw stalling and not able to hold idle I thought they would be able to fix it and not rip me off. They're a half hour drive from my house so it's not a matter of convenience; it was a matter of TRUST! Dropped it off, Poulan Pro 4218, in February and paid $35 deposit. Paid another $50 when I picked it up. Told me there was water in the fuel and they sharpened the chain. I didn't need to use it right away and assumed that they had run it before charging me. When I had a need to use it it still had the same issue. I checked fuel for water and that wasn't an issue. Had to keep it revved up or it would stall, just as before. Last week had a big job to do at my son's house so drained fuel tank and bought True Fuel thinking it had to be the fuel and not Crane's failure to fix the problem, but still the same problem, constantly restarting and keeping it revved to be able to cut. Finally gave up and used small hand held electric to finish the work. Went back to Crane this morning wanting them to try again. Their response was to pay them again to try and fix what they didn't fix before. This store may be under new ownership but I really thought as a historically reliable hardware and service provider they would at least say "gee, we're sorry let's have a look" but instead it was "30 days, pay us again" to see if we know what we are doing this time. I responded immediately saying I have an outdoor outlet outside my own apartment that works and parking spaces in from too. Told them the landscapers use that outlet all the time for blowers, etc. The guys response about 45 minutes later was "I'm sorry ma'am we can't do it" It makes no sense when there's an outdoor outlet. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
