We had simple but specific designs in mind and Keely helped bring that to life during our consults. We were even surprised at the variety of candles we were able to select to pair with our arrangements. Keely was flexible when we needed to change our order just weeks before our wedding date due to guest count changes and helped meet our budget needs. Fortunately, Mayfield also had prior experience working with our wedding venue, Providence Vineyard, so the communication and delivery process was seamless. We were thrilled with how all of the floral aspects turned out and have provided photos in the review. Disappointing. I was very excited to work with Mayfield Flowers for my wedding florals. Communication at first was slow, emailed multiple times and finally got into contact via phone. The beginning stages of discussing my plans were great but after I got quoted, I got ghosted. I emailed, called, and left VMs probably 6-7 times from the end of Jan-mid Feb and have never heard back. The service and communication I received were super disappointing. I would never move forward with a vendor who communicated like this for such an important day as my wedding. read more

They were successfully able to create my floral vision for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. They communicated by phone and email efficiently throughout the process and their pricing was very reasonable. Furthermore; I unfortunately had two unexpected deaths in my family before my wedding occurred. They donated floral arrangements for both my mother and brother-in-law to display at my memory table. This gesture was above and beyond and I am so thankful for their generosity. In our first meeting with Mayfield, it was clear to my fiancée and I that they were the florist for us because of their energy, passion and vision. Along with a few other key partners, they quickly became our "Wedding Dream Team." And when it came time for my fiancée and I to make the decision to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19 pandemic, our Dream Team never missed a beat. Keeley and Marcy reached out to us before we even had a chance to contact them. They wanted to check on our wellbeing and offer any assistance possible - whether we decided to keep our original date, reschedule or even cancel the wedding. When we called with alternative dates, their response was immediate, "We'll be there. We're so sorry the virus is forcing you to reschedule but we will be available for you. Is there anything else we can do to help?" More than words, it's been their follow-up with a quick text or a funny email letting us know they are thinking of us. Letting us know they appreciate what an emotional time this is and how disappointed my fiancée and I must be to have to postpone our wedding day.
