I'm running out of adjectives to describe how good these were. The key for super flaky, tender biscuits is using very, very cold butter and not mixing the dough too much. It was cool to watch people baking in the back kitchen. Got the quiche as well. Tasty, with a nice mix of egg and veggies and cheese, with a well-made crust, but next time I would just get more biscuits. Lots of free parking spots in front and nearby. I did have 1/2 and saved some for the next day but I think it's best when it's warm (as all cookies are!).
