Tyler was great! He accommodated some specific requests of mine, took pictures of the issue, walked me through the process, and repaired it within 24 hours. Tyler went above and beyond in his responsiveness during and even after his job; answering post-repair questions I had and providing me with information I needed to give the city. The cost of the repair seemed high, but given the circumstances, I could not obtain other quotes so I have to assume it was fair. Along the way, when I asked about the constant leak at the bathtub faucet, he immediately knew it was from an old canister that needed replacing. This was something several other plumbers-including Woodfin-misdiagnosed. Dealing with the bathtubs ancient drain assembly was not easy but he did it without one scratch on the tub. Should also mention how nice he was and how he patiently explained everything and walked me through how I could remove the drains for cleaning. Great job! Will certainly use Hudson again and will try them when my old heat pump needs replacing.

Both of the guys represented the company well. 2) When the guy opened the tank, he discovered an issue, as he thought the pump was not functioning. He proceeded to pump the tank. The cost was $575, which was a reasonable cost based on research. 3) The other guy replaced the pump, which cost $1,600. Based on research, this was an exorbitant price based on the retail cost of the pump. Based on all of the factors, would consider them again for pumping the tank, but absolutely not for other work.

When arrived pulled gripper plug out of flange to run big drain machine, ran washer to cause back up ran in flange. Once line was full ran drain machine to clear with no success hit a blockage at about 65ft. Tried again with same result but got out about 75-80ft. Found clean outside at front property line with no cap under a tree advised client that a cap is absolutely needed. Ran machine and was able to get out 100ft and could see line pass the clean out. Ran washing machine as we pulled cable back watched debris pass clean out. Checked flange in basement and found clear. Ran washing once more with no further issues found! They came out and gave an estimate on all the items separately but I just went with the most emergent one at the time, which was the toilet repair ($300). I then called them about another one of the projects they quoted ($200) They came out and did that. Guess they did a good job. I then called them about some other things. They didn't return my call. I get it. These were small requests/jobs. I declined the largest job they quoted ($2000+) but called them twice for other jobs and they never called back. So I guess they are more interested in other customers that want the expensive/larger jobs. Was hoping they could be my "go-to" plumbers...

So grateful we found him. Below review from 7/2025 I have never left a 5 star review from only talking to a business owner, but please read on. I left Harry a detailed message about a couple of toilets in my 4 year old home leaking from tank to bowl. I thought maybe the flapper, but when it happened to an upstairs & downstairs toilet around the same time, I panicked & thought it was maybe a plumbing system issue. Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Since I only had leaking to the bowl, I changed the flappers & now they both work great! Even though he was very busy, he took the time to call me back. Even though he was booked until August, he listened to what I said.
