After receiving approval to repaint from the HOA, they hired this company to do the job on 6/22/24, and now, writing this review, my house looks just like new. My neighborhood's HOA is incredibly strict when it comes to exterior house colors (brown, white, or other related colors only), which made it hard for me to choose a color scheme at first. I wanted to go for a darker color scheme to replace the original lighter color scheme that was used when the house was built and eventually found one that I liked. I also learned a few days before that one of my front window shutters had a crack in it (possibly from years of wind damage because it's always so dang windy here), which also needed to be replaced and repainted. They had to do some prep work first, so on the day before the painting, they came out at approximately 7:00am to power wash the front and back of my house, then they came back the next day at 6:00am to start the painting. They had to put the plastic tarps on all the windows so I couldn't see the final product until it was finished. I think the entire painting lasted about seven and a half hours. My front door was painted red and this was inspired by my voice coach, whose front door is also red. They put a little too much coating on it, so I had to keep the screen door cracked open for about an hour to let the actual front door dry. My garage door and the entirety of my house were painted a coffee chocolate-like brown. I love my new front door and the red is so pretty! I'm super impressed with the final result of my house's new colors. Cleanup was easy and quick, too! If somebody I know is looking to have their house repainted, inside or out, I will recommend Master Color Painting to them!

I was able to get in touch with a manager at that point who took over scheduling and got the job completed. But the overall experience wasn't great.
