The non-fishing apparel - caps, clothes, gloves are usually never on sale even though you can get a little of a discount for being a member. But that's about it, really. You hardly see brands like Columbia, Under Armour or others go on sale. Even when they have the annual tent sales during the Summer in August, hardly see things on sale that much. As for customer service, guess it depends on the days, because we have received mostly great to pretty bad and slow services on different days we have visited this store location in Fife, on occasion. We still shop for our fishing gear here as we like the selection and variety of items for different fishing seasons - Salmon, Steelhead and Trout.

The first clerk I asked to sell me a pass fumbled around and could not log into a computer. He made an odd, childish sounding call to another clerk. That person came and the two of them would have been comical to watch, if not so sad. After about 5 minutes, clerk 2 called his manager. I had the dubious please of listening to first questions about the computer ( I could tell it was not good news of some type), then a long conversation about sales, socks and things the clerk was to do. It was very clear the customer standing awkwardly in their store was not important. So, after the call, I'd been in the store 10-15 minutes. The clerk addresses me, while looking down and to his left, like he was afraid of me. I had NOT said a single word at this point. He gave a long-winded excuse, this was a known issue, they had submitted tickets, they simply had to call the state and get it fixed. I simply said OK and left to find another store and by my pass. This store needs training and a manager shake up. To not post the computer was broke (so I would not drive there in the first place), to not notify staff, to not care about the customer standing there while they were talking socks and sales.... Everything that is wrong about retail training and service is endemic to this store.

Yoshi not only helped me find the right shoe with support and comfort, they went out of their way to find an insole that was going to help correct a fallen arch that I had not discovered I had... I always thought you either have an arch or you don't--unbeknownst to me you can correct it. So now, I'm leaving feeling taken care of even more than some of my doctors. We love that they hold raffles every so often so if you purchase a specific amount in the store, then it would equal one or more tickets. My boyfriend actually won the grand raffle prize here and they were kind enough to switch out the original prize for something else in the store for the same value since he didn't really want the original prize. That's super sweet of them to do and shows that they do care for their customers. They do have random flash sales and other deals that they share on their Instagram so I highly recommend following them on there to catch all the latest deals. Some items they are a bit higher than MSRP but it's understandable especially on certain items. However, the service here is friendly and they offer a variety of cards from sports, Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, and Yu-gi-oh. They also not only have English versions but Japanese and Korean cards here. Additionally, the manager/owner speaks Korean as well! Love supporting local card shops and hope this one thrives for as long as possible.
