Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. Unfortunately, sales doesn't do the install and I thought their work was pretty sloppy & left a lot to be desired Trash, nails, cigarette butts, bottles, caps everywhere Most of the workers wearing Paul Bange stuff anyway Supply chain issues & delays are out of their control and they could've done a better job communicating those issues with us but the main issue was dirty, sloppy work leaving me to pick up after then months after the install Obviously, only time will tell if the roof holds up...
