Boy am I happy I did! First, owner Claudio Navarro happily put my SUV on the rack and diagnosed the issue (bent strut) in less than 5 minutes, free of charge. When it came to the repair, the price was more than fair. His mechanic, whose name I did not obtain, was friendly and explained exactly was happening. Upon completion in just a couple hours, my vehicle was perfect, the price was amazing and most important, the customer service was second to none. Solidified mobile mechanics almost killed me. They came out…read moreand replaced my brake master cylinder. He first quoted me $360 but went up to $475 after the job was completed. Also for some reason they took off my back driver side tire and put it back on. I don't drive that truck real often but only two trips and 10 days later I was driving around 75 mph back wheel basically fell off. Its only by the grace of God that the wheel hub landed and stayed inside the rim as I pulled off the road. All 6 lug nuts were gone! I contacted Solidified and sent them a picture. Two hours later they showed up replaced all six posts and lug nuts. They then tried to charge me $540 to fix what is very obviously his mistake. A mistake that very easily could have caused a wreck and kill me. When I refused to pay he got agitated and told me that it was my fault and he had told me to get new lug nuts after the first job. First off he never said that. Second how is he going to return my truck to me with "faulty" lug nuts? Every mechanic I've talked to about this has said the same thing; they didn't tighten down the lug nuts. We argued good for about 5 minutes and then I decided I was leaving. The guy then tried to prevent me from leaving by standing in my door until I told him that I was gonna start driving and slowly pulled away. I watched him as I continued pulling away just to make sure he wasn't going to throw anything at my truck and luckily he didn't. He did however call the Highway Patrol and proceed to lie to them about how I ran his foot over. I found Solidified Mobile Mechanics to be dishonest in their pricing, life threateningly sloppy in their work, taking no ownership of their mistakes and willing to lie to get even. Highly DON'T recommend.

Passed on to another mechanic with the assurance that the charges will be the same - $475. But when the other mechanic came, he claimed that he never agreed to $475 and said he can do the job for $700. Ask Solidified for a copy of the receipt for the water pump but it never came. I don't think Solidified are certified mechanics and would not recommend them. The second mechanic also said they left a mess and damaged my hood lift.

I'm coming here not only for repairs and maintenance but for next next vehicle purchase due to their honesty. Not only did they get my car running great, when I told them about my experience with the dealership they information of a recall provided me with the articles I needed to take to the dealership to claim said recalls, which they didn't have to do at all, but the dealership should've done from the beggining. This is my new one stop shop for anything automotive related. Shop, fix or maintain.

Finally, we needed an oil change and we were in FL. My husband called and was told the time limit on using the oil change offer has expired, there is a two year limit on using the offer. We are getting ready to buy a new Forrester Hybrid and it will not be from Sport Subaru. You should have just given us the oil change. Your service dept cost the sales dept a sale.

After dropping my c7 GS to Bob and agreeing on a price to have a A/A…read moresupercharger kit on my c7 GS and given a week to a week and a couple days turn around after 3 weeks off run around and storys i picked up my car this past Friday 11/20/2020 to be told not the agreed price he told me of $2237 for installation, tune and taxes as i provided the A/A kit Bob tells me i owe him $4456 and tells me it took them longer than expected. He had lied to me by originally telling me they have done this A/A kit in the past when in reality they used my car as a guinea pig. Well we did settle on the price he first quoted me. This is just the start of a horrible experience. Upon arriving to pick up the car after a long 3 weeks it is raining and luckily i brought a trailer to take car hope as i do not drive my GS in the rain. I noticed on my way to loading the car my steering was stiff with no feed back his son looked at it adjusted some settings on car and honestly i just wanted to load the car and never did test drive the car as due to it raining. Upon getting home i notice oil on the trailer car gets unloaded as to inspect where this oil is coming from with a flash light when i looked under the hood with a flashlight i noticed oil all over the control arms all over the electronic steering modular in front of block etc After cleaning up the mess to find where this oil is coming from as it was not motor oil or the red gear oil the supercharger uses. It was more of a hydraulic based fluid. Car was driven for a few blocks to discover Another issue !!. Car was spitting and sputtering due to a bad tune i am hoping as car will be taken to a Professional shop . As he told me car would be tuned and dyno session at shop next to his that is a professional tuning shop. Come to find out car was tuned by his son !! Well after getting car back home it was discovered that the cars steering rack had been cracked. Again car only has 9000 miles and never had any issues or leaks prior to it being dropped off 3 weeks ago. Was quoted by the Chevy dealer $1500 for a new steering rack and a 10 hour job !! You do the math. And there is more to this if you would like to private message me i will gladly tell you. I will expose them in every way i can and will post this in every corvette sight , google review sights etc. Its a real shame you have shops and people who do this to people .
